Great Vacation
Enjoyed the pirch, people watching and the live bands all weekend at Wolfy's Grill and Marina. My two dogs loved the yard and too enjoyed the porch.

Great stay beautiful views
House was perfect for what we needed, beautiful views from the porch, well equipped kitchen for all the cooking we did. The bar near the dock was very busy but closed at 9 anyways so no problem with noise. The dock was in good shape and we had to worries docking our boat there.

The house itself is OK - however just know that there are minimal electrical outlets so plugging in and charging things will be an absolute nightmare- the AC consists of two small units, one upstairs, one downstairs and no AC in the bedrooms- Missing a lot of amenities like sugar for coffee, hand soap etc.,I booked this property specifically because I thought it was Lakefront and from the photos it looks like you can wade right into the lake- well that is absolutely not the case -you have to cross a road to get to the lake - which youn cannot just walk into - it is about three foot up with blocks - the lake is about 3-4ft deep by the pier HOWEVER you are right next-door to a very busy very loud restaurantwit a very busy boat dock to the very right of you – boats are very frequently, pulling in and out of that restaurant directly in front of your pier - there’s absolutely no way if you have children that you would feel safe allowing your children to swim here- so families BEWARE -

1/2 Ironman Geneva
Planned our trip around our son-in-laws race. Loved the front porch and the music from Wolfie’s restaurant. Only hick-up was blowing a fuse when we used the microwave and the air conditioner was on. The property manager responded right away and sent someone out to make sure everything was ok

While the view of the lake was great, we were not very pleased with the overall state of the house. First, there was someone’s food left out on the kitchen table when we checked in. I contacted the property manager about this, they said they would look into it and never got back to me. I also wish it was mentioned in the listing that there is limited paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. With 5 people staying in the house we ran out fairly quickly and wish we had known to bring our own. We also encountered many bugs while at the house. There were ants in the sink, and multiple stink bugs. The front porch also seemed to have a bee infestation and was covered in cobwebs. The beds were comfortable but given everything else we dealt with, we didn’t feel comfortable that the linens were cleaned between guests. Other than that, the house was fine. The views are very nice from the house but that’s really the only redeeming feature.

Great House, Not so Great View
This house is as advertised--the one issue is that not only is it directly next to a (sometimes) rowdy bar, but its lawn bleeds into the parking lot. Very loud delivery trucks woke us up one morning, and oud patrons kept us up one evening. It's also a bit small for the nine people it advertises. Only one bathroom is a bit brutal. But the house is lovely and access to the lake is great.

Birthday Celebration
The house is very clean and up to date. It’s is very comfortable and easy to relax in and enjoy the amenities. We liked the location of the house- beautiful view of Lake Cayuga and the ease of driving to various spots of interest like parks, waterfalls, wineries, and restaurants.
The only drawback is the proximity to the restaurant. The listing says the restaurant is is a short walk and the food is good, both of which are true. The house shares a long property line with restaurant parking and is very close to the restaurant. It is fine on weeknights when the restaurant xloses early, but on Saturday night restaurant patrons stayed on premises talking loudly until around 1am Sunday morning. The rental agreement stated that this area has quiet hours starting at 10 pm. The hours were anything but quiet for the restaurant patrons. This noise led to difficulty sleeping for several members of our family. We loved the house but would steer away from renting it on weekends due to the proximity to the restaurant.
Otherwise we had a very wonderful stay.

A very nice home
The house is clean, very well decorated. There were six adults and three children and we managed just fine even with one bathroom. The beds were comfortable, living room spacious and a porch with a fantastic view. Live music playing from a nearby restaurant. If you're looking for a big kitchen to cook for a big group you'll have a tough time. But with good planning you can make it work. I did.
My family was very impressed with the home all in all. The neighborhood was quiet most of the day. Seneca Falls area and Northeast College are close by.

Great location
We rented with a bunch of college friends for a wedding weekend. The house has a great location, amazing view and deck. The only annoying issue we had was that the power kept tripping and we had to go down and Flip the breaker sometimes 7 times a day. If you are going to advertise as a summer home and only have portable AC, you need to increase the voltage because we couldn’t even use the toaster without tripping it.
