Waterfront Home w/Heated Pool, Rooftop Deck, Large Primary Suite, Great Location

Hey Shelly, Thanks so much for your review. It's great to hear you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for the note on the wifi, not sure why it was spotty. We should have excellent fiber internet with a mesh wifi system throughout including the pool. We will certainly investigate and see if we can replicate any issues and get them fixed. Great wifi is must have in our book.

Hey Brian, Thanks for staying and the review. We would have loved to address these issues while you were staying so we could have earned those 5-stars. We do appreciate you letting us know after arrival and we checked them immediately. The downstairs TV the batteries in the remote died at some point. We actually had extra batteries in the kitchen drawer I could have pointed you to and the TV would have worked again. We looked back over the A/C reports (they all have smart thermostats). We noticed that you never turned on the main A/C unit? The system you said was not working very well was the master bedroom mini split. It's meant to be supplemental to the main house A/C and provide extra cooling in the summer. It's definitely not meant to cool the entire house. That is handled by the main A/C unit with the vents throughout the house. Had that been turned on, you would not have been reliant on the small mini split as it was likely overwhelmed trying to cool the entire house. We're happy you enjoyed your stay but for anybody reading these review responses, we ask you to please reach out during your stay with these minor questions that could be resolved with a simple message.
