Beautiful modern cottage home with outdoor pool. Bonus Pool House efficiency... perfect for two additional guests! The Cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Pool House is a fancy bedroom with a Queen bed, full bath and kitchenette.

The Space:
Beautiful Cottage in the heart of St Augustine. Walk to everything St Augustine has to offer, restaurants, shops, attractions. Just down the street from the Castillo de San Marco. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 Baths. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful bath, King Bed. The guest room has a Queen Bed with full bath. Fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels.
The Pool House is very special! Its a 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed 1 full bath with a small mini kitchen. The perfect spot!
The Heated Pool has an automatic cover, pool chairs, etc. Great place for family!
Please no pets!

We loved staying here. Both the home and the pool house are super cute. The property management was amazing too. I would definitely stay here again. We did not utilize the pool, but it was a nice option to have. Spinster Abbott's coffee shop is a block and a half away and it was a great way to start both mornings. The walk to the historic district was maybe 10 minutes, but very easy. 5/5.

Perfect 4th of July Getaway

Reviewer Comments: We could not have asked for a more perfect house or location for our 4th of July vacation. 2 neighborhood blocks from the fort and all of Historic St. Augustine was easily walkable. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved having the pool to play in between exploring town and going out for dinner.

Summer 24 Trip

We found the cottage to be nicely decorated and well appointed with all the comforts of home. The pool was great after a steamy hot day of walking around town. Very convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants and all the attractions. Will definitely rent here again when we're back in St Augustine.

Perfect vacation rental

If you are looking to be in the heart of downtown St. Augustine this is the perfect place. One block from all the action but on a quiet street. Will definitely stay again if ever back in St. Augustine

The location was perfect for walking into the historic district. We have 2 small children, so we didn't want to walk far, nor find parking during a busy time of year. The visitor's center is right around the corner, as well as a donut shop and taproom. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay

When we arrived, the pool house was littered with many large, dead cockroaches. There was also a large old stain of what appeared to be blood on the comforter of one of the beds in the main house. Beds were insanely hard which made for a terrible night sleep for all of us. The pool skimmer was also broken so the pool was quite dirty. Reached out to the contact given in the instructions and did not get a reply. Ended up leaving a day early and staying in a hotel.

The pool was a lovely addition and well maintained, though there were only 2 sunbeds. There was also off-street parking. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk to George Street. Great location

Great property and great location to main attractions! We traveled with 3 small children and were able to walk to just about all attractions. The house was super charming and very clean with a well equipped kitchen. We were able to cook a full thanksgiving meal with ease. Our family had such a magical time due our accommodations and can’t wait to return to St. Augustine.

LOVED IT!!!

The main house was perfectly appointed., nicely decorated. & very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked The primary bedroom was a good size, with a double door closet. There was even a desk that worked as a makeup site. A good size bathroom with plenty of towels. The 2nd bedroom was a little tight but still very doable. The pool house was absolutely wonderful! Next time we come I think I’ll stay in the Pool House. The location was great for easy access to the Historic district.

This place was perfect for three couples.

We had a great time in St. Augustine. This place was close enough to town to walk and far enough away that you did not hear all of the noise.

Great location and house was beautifully done over. Pool was great. 2 out of 3 beds were full not queen and they need better outdoor furniture. Internet went down last day and a half and wasn’t rectified. Nice spot

Fantastic Stay

Great location and wonderful house

This is a great house in the St. Augustine area. The surrounding neighborhood is older (and overgrown) and the streets are VERY tight but this property is certainly the gem of the neighborhood. The space was VERY clean and comfortable in a quiet part of town; very walkable to the major attractions within the city. The pool house is a very nice addition and the perfect private space for other guests in your party who prefer a bit more privacy from the group. The house has everything you'll need to prep a meal, enjoy the pool or the beach, or just chill out and sightsee. Overall, our experience here was very good and we all agreed we'd certainly stay in this house again!

Enjoyable Stay in St. Augustine

My family has a wonderful time at this property. It was ideal for us, especially with the guest house. The location was within walking distance to the village and sights. 48 Osceloa Cottage was charming with beautiful interior finishes and well equipped. As a fellow VRBO owner, a few things that need improvement are the furnishings on the screened porch (dining chairs all rusted); the outdoor pool deck lacks ample seating/lounge chairs and those that were present, including umbrella and table were in poor condition. Also, the coffee pot is a mini for one or two people. Upon our arrival, we noticed the bedroom TV had no power. I tested power to the outlets and changed batteries in remote, but the TV still had no power. I left voicemails and text messages for the property manager, but never heard back and no effort was made to fix the issue and was never properly contact by the PM. So for our four night stay, we had no bedroom TV.

Great amenities and location

This property was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had our own privacy and a great living area to gather plus the porch and pool area. The pool house is especially nice! Everything was very clean and the decor was beautiful! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go so location is perfect too!

Great Property

Cozy/Quiet

This home was very clean as well as spacious in side. We never used the pool house, but was nice and clean and perfect for the pool area. Pool was very clean and warm and enjoyable. The home, main living quarters was very clean and cozy as well as furnished very well. Could use a ceiling fan in the one bedroom but no big deal. The Neighborhood was very quiet and very close to everything downtown which we walked to every day. Definitely would rent this home again in a heartbeat. Thank You for sharing your home. Kenna&Ron

Location, Comfort, and Design

This totally renovated cottage was perfect in every way. We loved the large, open living spaces in this two bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with its screened in back porch, heated lap pool, and adjacent one bedroom pool house. My granddaughters loved having their own space. The modern kitchen was fully equipped. The furniture was comfortable with thoughtful design touches. Very colorful textiles and art works throughout. The surrounding neighborhood has some historically significant houses and was close to town. The property manager promptly answered our questions, which could have been avoided if more information about the house’s operation had been provided. The area has many lovely beaches, shops, and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying in this lovely home.
