Your spacious home at the beach awaits you! Located 3 golf cart minutes from the private Harbor Island beach, this tastefully decorated home is situated on a lagoon with amazing wildlife and birds. The views are extensive from the top floor living area, a perfect place to enjoy the incredible sunsets. Enjoy the space, peace, and sanctuary this home offers, with use of an extended golf cart, 4 incredible decks ( 2 screened), and an elevator that runs to all 3 floors, for those who need a little more help with the stairs, or even your shopping/luggage. I also provide a Hunting Island pass for your use.

This house is located directly on a lagoon literally filled with wildlife, with two screened porches providing a prime, relaxing, viewing area.

The Master has its own private screened porch, a double shower and jetted tub!

The beds are soft, comfortable, and are dressed with fresh organic cotton sheets, white bedding, and soft towels. Hairdryers and lighted makeup mirrors are provided for your vacation use.

NOTE: we only calendar Saturday-Saturday stays during the summer, but if you have any specific requests please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Wifi, 55” 4K smarttv in family room, and smart TV’s in ALL of the bedrooms.
The beds are:
King-Queen-2 twins (and can add a third twin if needed)

I provide:
Dish liquid, sponge, paper towel roll, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, tide pods (inedible variety), and drier sheets. Oh, and toilet paper.

Coffee bar, kitchen essentials, new Tefal pans, sharp knives, crock pot from Jan 23!

The washer and drier are brand new.

All resort amenities (pool is seasonal) are included, although I have no control over their availability at any time.

Harbor island is a gated community and passes are required for every vehicle. The fees are below:

We had a wonderful family time at this location. The house was comfortable and provided most everything we needed. The elevator was a terrific plus since my husband recently had back surgery! Sunset views were fabulous! Living room sectional was super comfortable. We loved the screened porches even though the weather was too cool to use them very much. Thanks for a memorable Thanksgiving!

great relaxation elevator was also a good plus

very quiet location good views all around elevator a big plus for somebody like me confined to a wheelchair.My wife and I have stayed on Harbor Island on numeros occassions in the condos so this stay gave us the opportunity to experince Island living in a new way.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a superb stay in this beautiful, clean and comfortable house. The location is perfect. In a very safe, lovely area, yet we were convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We love nature and bird watching and were surrounded by gorgeous views. We really can't wait to return! Thank you so much!

Nice unit with great view over the low country marshes. Nice and quiet. Great owner who was always responsive to minor issues. Would rent again.

Peacefull getaway

Great location, beautiful home. Saw a lot of birds a couple of gators and some deer. The elevator made it convenient for my mother as she cannot do stairs anymore. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly people.

Great stay in Harbor Island

Very nice comfortable home. Plenty of quiet safe areas to walk our dogs. They also loved the golf cart! The beach is beautiful--nice sand, warm water, not very populated during our Sep stay. Lucy is an excellent host-very quick to respond to any questions and when we had an issue with the elevator door she had someone out to fix it immediately. Harbor Island and the surrounding area is wonderful and we plan to return soon.

Wonderful home, wonderful owner!

Wonderful house! Very clean and Lucy is an amazing host. Great communication with check in and check out. We experienced rain almost every day and she even sent us ideas on what we could do in the area. Harbor island is Heaven on earth and we can’t wait to return next year. A little slice of Heaven

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy's home. Lucy made things so easy during the entire process. The Island was amazing. I personally have been to the beach numerous time but until we can to Harbour Island I had never seen actual marine life. It was amazing. I will highly recommded this home!!!

Just What the Dr Ordered

The property is outstanding, we look forward to returning. The house is open and airy with great views. Its conveniently located to shopping and places to eat, not to mention all the outdoor options. It very well maintained, and Lucy the property host was very knowledgeable and very helpful, great customer service. It's the complete package from booking to checkout. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Beach Week With Grandma

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home on the Marsh! Host was kind, responsive and accomodating. Large open space on 2nd floor kitchen/living room area allowed Grandma to maneuver with ease in her wheelchair. The elevator was awesome for transporting Mom through the levels of the home. We loved our family meals at the huge dining room table. The screened porches over the Marsh were a perfect spot to watch birds and wildlife and enjoy the breeze.

Screened in porches everywhere

It had beautiful views from every window, large golf cart made it easy to get everyone to the beach, and the elevator made it easy to get groceries and luggage in and out. However, the negative is that the living room is on the 2nd story which is great for views but we were constantly worried about kids running / falling down the stairs. Would recommend a gate.

Beach trip

Needed time to get away and relax. This was a perfect place. Had everything we needed and more. My parents (in their 80s) and my husband plus our mini. dachshund had a great time. Elevator made going from one floor to the next very easy. Loved watching my dachshund run laps around upstairs. He didn't want to leave. Great restaurants near by. Very quit beach.

Fall beach vacation

Our stay was close to perfect. The only issue, I would ask that the arrival instructions, and check out instructions come to me early enough to not be scrambling at last minute. Long elaborate texts could be more succinct. Lucy was gracious. We only had one clean kitchen towel for a four night stay, everything else in the house perfect.

Excellent vacation!

The owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The ease of booking was excellent. The house was super clean and beautiful. I loved looking out over the marsh and watching the sun rise and set. Everything was perfect and it was relaxing. The only thing I would suggest is a crock pot/instant pot for the kitchen. We traveled with 4 kids—3 of them teenagers and for the beach, it’s nice to put food in the crock pot and come back to dinner cooked after a long day at the beach or pool! We had a blast and will definitely be back! Thanks for all the memories made!

Unexpected visitors

The property was fine with the exception of unexpected visitor and little land mines to clean up. Our trip was interrupted by maintenance and maid service. The owner addressed our issues the next day after arriving and was made aware shortly after check in.

Thank you for your review, Tonja. Im so sorry you experienced this - my housekeeper had only been there the day before to change the beds, so it was a surprise! This was the earliest I could get maid service there to clean again and replace the bedding, and for pest control, Happily, visitors are evicted!
