The house was great as was Patricia. The house is in a nice neighborhood, close to the interstate and shops for supplies. It's nicely furnished and well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had two minor issues which were resolved extremely quickly, and Patricia checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was good.

Property was clean and spacious and as advertised. Warm and inviting feeling to home. Bedrooms are very nice-sized and office upstairs is handy. Large family room downstairs a definite plus, and having an outside deck was very nice.Host was very accessible for communication and was very helpful and accommodating.

Property was as pictured. Very clean and spacious. The only issue I have was there were no small pots in kitchen accessories. Landscaping was a little overgrown in backyard, but other than that it was a beautiful Property. Would recommend to any potential renters.

Thank you Joseph for your review. Sorry that we didn’t provide enough small pots. Regarding the backyard we are waiting for the Garderner to have more time to cut more of what is overgrown. We had that done a few weeks ago but it grows so fast. Thanks again for booking with us. Best

Repeat Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at Patricia’s lovely home. My bother is ill and the hospital is in close proximity so we had no hesitation in booking another week with her. She is a wonderful host, responds immediately, addresses concerns quickly - although nothing was major - and genuinely cares about her renters. If we have to go back to this area again we are not wanting to stay any place else. It is warm and comfortably designed, thank you again for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Family Getaway

House clean in a good neighborhood. Air conditioning issues the first few days, the owner was very accommodating. She had maintenance come in and repair the following day. No trash bags provided, but I consider that trivial complaint. It is a home away from home that was much nicer than any hotel.

Amazing Property!

What a find! It was a very beautiful home. We were so very pleasantly surprised. When we walked in, we had to keep walking because the properly was large, very clean, very totally updated. We actually thought it was a model home with everything so gorgeous and everything we needed was provided. The neighborhood was very quiet and had trees everywhere! We cannot say enough great things. Thank you!

We stayed at this property for three weeks and were disappointed by both the condition of the home and our experience with the owner. The home was significantly under-equipped for an extended stay. There were only a few unstained bath towels and three hand towels for the entire house, no bath mats, very few hangers, inadequate cookware (not even enough to cook for two people comfortably), no side tables to put anything on in the living spaces, and very limited household supplies. We contacted the owner during our stay, and she acknowledged she hadn't been to the property in a long time and wasn't aware of many of these issues,The listing also did not accurately reflect the location. It was described as peaceful and "in the trees," but the home sits on a busy street corner near a major highway, with noticeable traffic noise that rattles the entire house! There were also maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including mold in the shower, a broken microwave and fireplace, a stained mattress pad, stains on the sofa, and overgrown landscaping and tons of weeds. After checkout, when I requested reimbursement for the basic household items we had purchased because they were not provided, the owner instead accused us of clogging a toilet and using too much toilet paper. We strongly dispute those claims.Unfortunately, our trip to Michigan was a very disappointing experience due to our stay. Would not recommend this home to anyone!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. During your stay, when you brought concerns to our attention, we responded promptly by arranging for the sofa to be professionally cleaned, having the landscaping addressed, and ordering a replacement handle as soon as we learned it was damaged. We also worked around your schedule when delivery timing became an issue. Many of the additional household items mentioned in your review were not brought to our attention during your stay, which unfortunately did not give us the opportunity to address them. We always encourage guests to let us know if something is missing or needs attention so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Regarding reimbursement, the purchases were made without prior discussion or approval. Had we been made aware of the specific needs, we would have gladly explored appropriate solutions. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve the experience for future guests, and we wish you all the best. --

Let me begin by saying the host Patricia was very nice and accomodating. She was communicating with me during the entire process. The home was clean and spacious and fit all the needs I required during my stay. I will be recommending this service to others. If I ever have a need to use the services again in Michigan I will definitely be reaching out to Patricia. Thank you!

A Convenient Haven During Renovations: Home Away From Home

Our stay at this house was an absolute lifesaver during a hectic time of renovations. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of relief and comfort knowing that we had found a temporary home away from home. The house itself was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully furnished, providing all the comforts and conveniences we needed for a seamless transition during our renovation period. The layout was spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. One of the highlights of the house was its prime location, which offered easy access to our renovation site as well as nearby amenities. Whether we needed to pop over to the store for supplies or grab a quick bite to eat after a long day of work, everything was conveniently located just a short drive away. The host was incredibly accommodating and understanding of our situation. Her attention to detail and prompt communication made the entire experience a breeze. In summary, our time at this house was a true lifesaver during a challenging time. It provided the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, allowing us to navigate our renovations with ease. We are incredibly grateful for the hospitality and support of our host and would highly recommend this property to anyone in need of a temporary haven during renovations.
