Hi David! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review! The views and being able to fish from the dock are some of our favorites as well. It’s always so disappointing when the wind blows so strongly that it takes away from the boating. We’ve actually rode through a tropical storm with our boat stuck at the dock without any damage! You’re right, having a marina close by is very convenient. You guys were great guests and we hope to see you again! – Ashley

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay! The property really is 5 star and getting better all the time. We have been on a improvement plan since purchasing last September. I am so sorry I forgot to mention that there is a cooler and beach chairs in the storage room. Your feedback is so valuable! Fine minds must think alike as we have new outdoor furniture for the decks, new living room/dining room furniture, and even new hot tubs all on order!

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. My apologies that there was confusion about the pool being shared. Christmas week must have been exceptionally busy, as I have never seen more than 6 people at the pool!!! The pool and community is usually a ghost town with so many home owners being absentee and not renting their properties as well as there being so many other activities to do in the keys! I will add to the listing to be certain it is clear that it is a shared pool and private hot tub! Thank you so much for your feedback. Joe
