Studio Village

Pierre and Michelle provide a beautiful, very clean, very comfortable studio apartment for rent. They are wonderful hosts and made our stay very pleasant. We highly recommend staying here.

Great for a weekend getaway

My wife and I had a really good time on our quick weekend getaway! This studio is within walking distance of Main Street/Davidson's campus and is the perfect size for a couple. Pierre and Michelle's preparation was great; everything was laid out so nicely and their instructions for checking in and checking out were very clear. They also provided some great store/restaurant recommendations when I reached out. Terrific stay!

Cozy, Clean, Perfect Location!

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at Pierre and Michelle’s Village Studio while in Davidson for a wedding, and it was the perfect choice! The studio is ideally located near Davidson College, with a great selection of restaurants and stores all within walking distance, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Pierre was an outstanding host – friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. When we found our clothes a bit wrinkled, he quickly provided a steamer, and he even pointed us to a nearby shop when we needed an undershirt. His attention to detail made our stay seamless. The studio itself was just right for two, featuring a cozy kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with a large, refreshing shower. Everything was spotless and ready when we arrived, and the setup was both comfortable and convenient. If we’re ever back in Davidson, we would absolutely choose the Village Studio again! Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Walking distance to Davidson College campus

This place was clean, and communication with the owner was effective. If you're visiting with two people, note that the bed is a queen size. Since the space is above their garage, parking is only permitted on one side of the driveway. My husband had no issues maneuvering into a tight parking spot, but I would have found it challenging to park and exit if I were traveling alone.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is impeccably designed and cleaned. We loved that we could easily walk to campus and downtown Davidson. The hosts were easy to communicate with. A great experience overall.

Couldn't have been more convenient

Perfect little garage apartment for two people! Clean, well-appointed, nicely decorated. Even plenty of storage for clothes given the small size. We stayed for Davidson's graduation weekend and it was a very easy walk to campus via a shortcut directly to the athletic center's parking lot. From there, an easy walk to Main St. shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again, if in the area again. Owner very nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Davidson, NC retreat

Beautifully appointed retreat convenient to the college and surrounding areas. Exceptionally clean and well stocked and the property managers were welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Staying in Styke

Pierre and Michelle have designed the space above a garage so that it looks like it could be in a magazine layout—and comfortable! Everything we look for in a VRBO was there, and they checked to make sure all was welll. We plan to return.

A delightful studio

The host was lovely. The accommodations feel brand new, appliances high quality and everything very tastefully appointed. It’s a beautiful, impeccably clean, warm and inviting, peaceful space. Loved the landscaping and sitting at the small table and chairs along the alley.

Fantastic and cozy space

We loved this stay! The space was very cozy and spacious for a studio, and the decor made the place feel like a home away from home! The space was tucked away but still close enough to Davidson that we could easily walk to get food. Not to mention that Pierre was very kind and checked in with us to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. He gave us many recommendations in the area and made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. Definitely stay here if you’re looking to visit Davidson/Charlotte!!
