Upon arrival, you will check in at the 24hr Front Desk, in the Lobby, where you will be greeted with a bellman to help bring all your luggage to your condo.
This gorgeous and upscale 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront condo offers plenty of room for 10 guest. The living room boast a 65” 4K Smart TV. There are two private balconies to watch dolphins play and boats passing by on their way to the Gulf of Mexico or Crab Island.
The large kitchen includes breakfast bar with bar sink, all stainless steel appliances complete with full size oven/stove, side by side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig & 12 cup drip coffee maker. The cabinets are fully stocked w/pots & pans, dishes, bakeware, silverware, small appliances, & everything you will need for cooking family dinners and blending frozen concoctions!
There are two Master Suites! The Primary Master Suite has a King bed w/private balcony and a huge ensuite bathroom w/large corner soaking tub, separate marble shower and double vanity.
The Secondary Master Suite has a King bed, balcony access to main balcony, ensuite bath complete w/marble walk in shower and double vanity.
The 3rd bedroom has 3 Twin over Twin bunks that can sleep 6, with separate access to the 3rd full bathroom with walk in shower. Each bedroom has their own tv.
Take the Emerald Grande Beach Shuttle to the Private Beach, complete with beach chairs, umbrellas & beach towels. (2 chairs, 1 umbrella per guest included with reservation) No need to pack up ice chest or beach gear...just bring your sunscreen, relax and order food & beverages from the beach attendant.

Was a great place to stay, came with everything you would need , home away from home. Great view of Crab Island from the condo, enough bathrooms and beds for a large family. Check In was easy , the owners responded to questions I had prior to the stay. There is not direct beach access and this was stated by the owners , you take a shuttle over to the private beach that runs every half hour. Thank You for sharing your home.

I would stay here again and again. a beautiful condo, comfortable and spacious. We had 7 very large adults here and found it to be awesome!!!! Owner, Ron was great to deal with and hotel staff were great. Bell hop was amazing!!! However, I will not ever book through VRBO again, they are aweful. They under booked my stay (thank goodness Ron could fix it) and they overcharged me and took forever to credit it.

Awesome

It was nice pool and hot tub was amazing the towel sercive was a huge plus never had to get your beach towels wet room view was amazing only thing have to say about it is if you cook and want to save your stuff bring some Tupperware only down fall here for us definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The condo was spacious and the location very convenient. Pool was smaller than expected (very shallow so not exciting for older kids) and one hot tub was unavailable due to construction and the other was broken for most of the trip which was a bummer. The washer and dryer in the unit didn’t work which was inconvenient but the owners had extra towels delivered for us which we appreciated greatly. They were very responsive to our needs! The private beach was fantastic but I wish the shuttle ran longer so we could have sat on the beach for sunsets. Having the boardwalk right there with 5 teenagers and a 8 yr old was perfect! The view was beautiful but be aware there is a lot of traffic noise if you are looking for something quieter while sitting on the balconies. Didn’t bother us at all though as we were always on the go. Lots of stuff was walkable. Visiting Crab Island is a must!! We would for sure visit and rent here again

Fishing trip

This was an awesome we arrived and did not have to drive again. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Amenities we great. Beach access was easy. Only problem was we did not have ice or water due to the water filter in the refrigerator was split the entire stay.

Nice and clean

We have stayed at this complex many times, and stayed in various units. We love the location and you really never have to leave once you get there. Communication with the owner was slow so if you need an answer in a hurry. You’re out of luck. But all in all its good

beach trip 2024

It was a nice property it stated beach front so I did expect it to be a beach you could walk out to on one side but you had to take a boat or car to. I did not see a lot of the stuff that was property offered to participate in for where you stayed that was available to do. I think the place would benefit from sending text alerts when you check in of things to check out and where some of the action is happening. Would not recommend Margitville the only nice person was the man on the stilts. Everyone else did not want to be there.

Review

I would give the owner five star because they were simply amazing. Emerald Grande employees were absolutely terrible. We arrived and they claimed they didn't have my reservation and told me to contact VRBO and my CC company to get my money back. Meanwhile I had two small kids and a boat in tow in the parking lot, groceries being delivered, had just drove 5 hours, in tears thinking I had nowhere for my family to stay, the staff were ugly as can be. Thankfully the owner was super responsive and handled it with grace. As for the cleanliness, which again is the responsibility of Emerald Grande, they are not keeping the property clean. It was as if someone had just lived there and the sheets were the only thing clean. The floors and bathrooms were pretty gross. Also prepare to wait for elevators for up to 20 minutes during busy season. They definitely didn't add enough elevators when building. Sad that such a beautiful property is not being kept up.

I’m very sorry for the trouble you had at check in. The front desk, mistakenly had your reservation under the wrong name, I’m glad it was a quick and easy fix. I wish you would have let me know you had a housekeeping issue asap…you had my cell number and I would have sent them back immediately! I have a permanent crew that only cleans my condos upon every check out. They clean all our units and take a lot of pride in their work, if there is something that they missed, we would like to give them the opportunity to correct it, but if we don’t know about it, then we can’t give them that opportunity to make it right. We loved having you as our guest and I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay!

The room was very clean and absolutely gorgeous with views of the bay and crab Island! The host was very easy to communicate and very accommodating. The only down point was that the pool was out of order two of the days of our vacation, but that of course, is not the host problem or fault! We were fine working around it! Loved this place!

Kids everywhere. The pools only go to 4 ft deep and there is not adults only pool only a hot tub , the “private beach” is accessed by 5 min boat ride, so it is not located on the private beach ( kinda misleading) and bring your own hotspot as the WiFi didn’t work the WHOLE time we were there. If you are traveling with kids it’s great but if you are not, find a different place.

While our resort is proudly family-friendly, plenty of couples without children—including myself—choose to vacation here because we love everything it has to offer. Full service spa, Live music every night on HarborWalk Village, Crab Island, room service, weekly fireworks, and our own private, uncrowded beach where beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are provided daily without the extra cost, are just a few of the reasons so many guests return year after year. And yes… the audacity of children having fun at a family-friendly resort in the middle of summer! I guess we’re just kids at heart because we love the lively atmosphere, the convenience of having so much to do without ever needing to get in the car, and seeing families and children making lifelong memories together.
