Whether you like crazy Parisian nights or peace, you'll be seduced by the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin. A picture of Parisian lifestyle in the 19e arrondissement, on the right bank of Paris, with the laziness and casualness of fluvial life.Close to the main tourist attractions of Paris, accessible through several means of transportation, the neighbourhood offers the luxury of being in Paris with your feet in the water! By the way, during the Summer, the Bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). There, children and grown-ups play boules and pedalo on the canal and improve their tan comfortably installed on a deckchair or the sand under the welcome water sprays while sipping beer or Perrier... It's like you're on the Riviera! (Well, I might be exaggerating a bit...!)Walk outside the apartment, along the quays on the canal's banks and watch the boats come and go; go a bit further to the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge. Push the fluvial experience so far that you will think you're Jack Sparrow.

Sit at a table at La Bulle and order a traditional French meal with a smile before catching a movie in one of the twin MK2 cinemas, a play at the Centquatre, or perhaps a concert at the Point Ephémère.Between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pyrénées (line 11), is just a 4-minute walk.

CDG airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
