Apartment of 35 m2 located on the edge of the 9th district, Belzunce street close to tourist centers and daily amenities. Apartment both bright and quiet because it is located on course on the 4th floor with elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm (mattress and box spring new and of excellent quality), an adjoining bathroom and a living room with sofa bed (sleeping 140 cm). Kitchen open to the living room. quiet environment.

We had a lovely time staying here. It was very quiet, clean, and warm during the cold weather. Great area, with many things in walking distance. No complaints. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for a weeks holiday with two Piersons. Great location close to gare du Nord so ideal when arriving there by train. Check in went easy. Nice small appartement which had everything you need.

The apartment was very clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. It was small but not tiny and there was room for our stuff. It was quiet. Very comfortable! It was close to two stops on the metro that we used. Not a touristy street, very picturesque and cozy. We really liked it. :)

Nice Place to Stay

This place was a nice place to stay, clean and met our expectations. Public transportation was very accessible and the access to the train stations made it easy to get to the apartment and see Paris.

A week in Paris

Great location near to the Gare du Nord very clean it would be a struggle for for more than 2 as you have a walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Table seating only for 2. We enjoyed our stay

Great accomodation

Great quiet location

Great apartment very near to Gare du Nord with lots of metro lines and the RER to / from the airports. Check in process was easy and no problem gaining access to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need and was super quiet even being so close to the Gare du Nord and plenty of local supermarkets close by for all your shopping requirements. Very comfy bed! Would happily stay there again when next in Paris. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Paris Apartment

The accommodation was advertised accurately. It's a well located, quiet building just around the corner from the busy area, a few minutes walk to Gare de Nord. Well located to Montre Marte, 38 minutes walk to the Louvre. Windows opened for ventilation, shower has good water pressure, washing machine is useful. Bed is comfortable. On the 4th floor with tiny lift. Suitable for 2 people only.

We had a nice stay in this apartment. It was very central to Gare du Nord, on a very pretty block, and with some great restaurants and bakeries nearby. The apartment is quite modern and clean. Having all the windows let in lots of light and a nice breeze. It's small but that is to be expected in central Paris. The bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. And the couch in the living room isn't very comfortable. Also, getting into the apartment is a bit of a process with multiple doors, a courtyard, a very small elevator, etc. However, I'd definitely recommend this place, especially if you're just a couple with a small amount of luggage.

The flat was great for us. Clean, quiet for the city, easy access to buses and the metro. Relatively close to Gare de Nord. There’s a wonderful bakery and an Aldi nearby.Ingrid was very responsive and accommodating. We had a little trouble with check in due to intermittent internet access, our responsibility

Great location and neighborhood

I was looking for a well-located apartment in a safe neighborhood since I was accompanied by my elderly mother. The place is very well located with easy access to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est as well as the metro. The apartment is great and the owner offers outstanding service. Lovely little apartment. Very quiet. Lots of windows to open for fresh air. Very close to Garde Nord to get anywhere by subway. Nice bakery on the same street. It had everything we needed for a nice stay. It doesn't have a view of the street but we liked this because it was quieter. Two beds in different rooms but one room has kitchen in it and the other has door to bathroom.... so you need to walk through each other's bedrooms. Totally fine if you are comfortable with your roomies.

Need Fans for 100F Heat

The place was pretty good but we did ask if the host would provide fans before we arrived because Paris was 100F everyday, but they were not provided. We asked about a close place to purchase but no options were provided. I did learn that sleeping on damp towels helps!

OVERALL EXCELLENT STAY

Apartment was absolutely fine and adequate for our 4 night stay. On 4th floor but there is a lift (very small). No view from the windows but fine for a few days as we wanted to get out and about exploring anyway. Very easy access from Gare Du Nord which was a blessing as our Eurostar train was delayed and we didn't arrive until 00:30 next morning but we were able to walk without any further problems. Similarly access to explore other areas is excellent and a lot of places easily walkable. Surrounding area is OK - plenty of cafe/bar/restaurants and shops, although not everything open late if needed but that's not really an issue. Check in/out process excellent and easy to follow. Would definitely consider staying again if we return.

Convenient, quiet and clean apartment

We loved our stay in this well-located and charming apartment. It is quiet and clean and had everything we needed for a relaxed and fun stay in Paris. It was wonderful to experience this part of Parisian life: to see all the plants in the courtyard and on people’s windowsills, to shop nearby and make simple breakfasts, to be able to get around so easily. It is a short walk from the Gare du Nord and is convenient for the Metro and several useful bus lines. And there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Ingrid was a lovely host and met us at the flat to let us in and show us around. She provided some pods for the coffee machine and some bottled water to get us started. Really, this apartment has everything needed for a happy stay in Paris. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to book the apartment again when we returned to Paris after visiting friends, but unfortunately it was not available then. We will definitely try to stay here when we next get a chance to travel to Paris. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Paris.
