Relax by our outdoor fire pit. Fish, kayak or swim within 900 ft of the driveway. Enjoy our game room with Pac-man console or play corn hole. Quiet and relaxing but minutes to the Kettle trails and Historic downtown Elkhart Lake. LAKE FRONT HOUSE IN WALKING DISTANCE TO ROAD AMERICA WITH FUN ACTIVITIES ALL YEAR LONG INCLUDING NEW DOCK AND KAYAKS.

You can go to the races at Road America (which is just down the street), enjoy sitting in our all season room with lake views, relaxing by our fire pit, grill out, boating, fish in the lake right out front (Bluegill, Bass, Trout, Walleye and Pike), swimming, hike the Kettle Moraine or Ice Age trails, play golf at one of the many nearby courses, or play Pac-man in our game room! Our house has it all!

Enjoy the beautiful views of Little Elkhart Lake from the living room with huge floor to ceiling windows letting in lots of natural light and also from the dining area. Lots of flowers and trees so you can enjoy your privacy! Upstairs there are two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a two twin trundle bed (twin bedroom picture isn’t updated but it has two twin beds in it now…. New pictures to come). Downstairs is the third bedroom with a queen bed. The downstairs living room has a full size pull out couch, dart board, Pac-man, board games, tv and also toys and books for kids. The house has a big private backyard with fire pit, charcoal grill, basketball and corn hole! Large kitchen with all the appliances, utensils and dishes you need. There is an all season room that has a table for the adults and also one for the kids. That room can open on all sides so you can just sit there and enjoy the lake view and the Wisconsin air. We also supply all essentials such as coffee and tea, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc. Downstairs has a washer and dryer. Cozy up next to one of our 2 gas fireplaces that turn on with just a flip of a switch. Our cottage also has a detached 2 car garage. Very close to historic downtown Elkhart and downtown Plymouth. Swimming and watercraft and fishing can be done right out front using our dock and also have two Kayaks for use. You can also use the public boat ramp on the lake for any larger motorized boats which is less than half mile away.

House is on a hill overlooking the lake so there are about 35 steps to reach the front door so please be comfortable with that.













We have a 25 dollar fee plus shipping or replacement cost if you take our keys home with you. If we need to rekey the locks it’s a 50 dollar fee.
We have a 250 dollar cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.
