The Unit
Welcome to your home away from home in Daytona Beach’s newest luxury oceanfront condo building — The Aruba.
As you enter, the elegance of this space immediately greets you. Slip off your shoes and step into a bright, open layout featuring a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stocked dishware and silverware, and countertop essentials — including a Keurig for your morning coffee.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
~Two guest bedrooms: Each furnished with a queen bed, dresser, closet, and Smart TV. A shared full bathroom sits between the rooms, complete with vanity, shower/tub combo, and fresh towels.
~Master suite: Features a king bed, large Smart TV with cable, dresser, walk-in closet, and a private spa-like bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views right from your room.
Living & Dining:
~A dining area with seating for four at an elegant round table, plus four additional seats at the breakfast bar.
~A spacious living room with a plush sectional sofa, a large Smart TV with cable, and sliding doors that lead out to the wraparound balcony.
Balcony
Step outside to your expansive southwest-facing balcony, perfect for sipping wine at sunset while overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. You’ll also enjoy a southern view of the Atlantic Ocean — the best of both worlds.
The Condo
The Aruba is one of Daytona Beach’s premier vacation rental communities, known for its upscale amenities and unbeatable location. Just a short beach walk away, you’ll find the lively Crabby Joe’s pier restaurant and bar.

~Heated resort-style pool and hot tub, both just steps from the sand
~Fully equipped fitness center with cardio and weightlifting machines
~Secure, modern building with convenient beach access

**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**
MINIMUM AGE:
~ Primary renter must be 25 years or older
FEES:
~ Management Fee ($145): Provides incidental damage coverage for your stay. We’ve secured outside protection so both guests and owners are covered for accidental damages, big or small. This is included in the price you see.
~ Pet Fee: $150 (see pet policy below)
~ Late Check-In Fee:
8:01 PM – 11:59 PM: $50
12:00 AM or later: $100
~ Lost Keys/Fobs: $75 replacement charge
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
~ Check-In: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
~ Early Check-In: Not available (if ready early, our check-in agent will notify you)
~ Check-Out: 10:00 AM
PET POLICY:
~ Maximum 1 pet, up to 20 lbs
~ No aggressive breeds
~ Current vet records with rabies vaccination required
~ $150 pet fee
PARKING:
~ 1 assigned garage space (clearance 6’7”)
~ 1 additional outdoor space available on a first-come, first-served basis in the upper parking deck
~ No trailers permitted
~ No third vehicles
STARTER SUPPLIES:
A complimentary starter kit is provided, which includes a few of each of the following:
~ Trash bags
~ Laundry pods
~ Dish detergent pods
~ Toilet paper rolls
~ 1 paper towel roll
Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One in the garage and one on the outdoor top deck (parking on the top deck is limited)
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.
