Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.

The moment you enter this first floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings with recliners and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. The living room also includes two, brand-new reclining chairs that aren't yet pictured. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. The adjacent dining area seats 6 with 4 additional bar stools and is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience!

This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. Please note that the primary closet is locked and used as an owner's closet so it's not available to guests.The primary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The primary bathroom does include grab bars in both the shower and at the toilet for accessability.
The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a television.

Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand. A convenient, yet secure, gate affords you the ultimate convenience offering direct access to the pool and beach without ever going through the front door.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
