From our property, you can safely walk or ride bikes to almost anywhere in Newport Beach. Conveniently located you are only minutes away from 30+ restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, etc.

For the Family seeking a little adventure, you are steps away from The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, Sailing, Jet-ski, Kayak, & Paddle Board Rentals!
The space
This upper-level, professionally designed home includes:

Bedroom 1: King Bed w/ ensuite bath and private balcony
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
Living room: 2 Rollaway Single Beds

***If requesting to use the rollaway beds we ask that you request them 24 hours prior to your arrival date. This will allow our team to provide linens and will prepare the rollaway beds at no additional cost.
Our home also includes Air-Conditioning, 2 Garage Parking spots, in-unit laundry, smart TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Fireplace, bed linens, beach & bath towels, boogie boards, beach chairs/toys, and sand umbrella.

Great location, host made bikes, boogie boards, chairs available for use which made the beach experience that much better. Using the bikes made even more places accessible. We enjoyed our stay very much. I gave a 4 on cleanliness, only because the couch in the family room was stained and slightly dirty. We will definitely refer this place and look to stay again in the future. Our entire family had a great time!

Comfortable and easy

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious and very convenient. The bikes and cooler in the garage were a great plus.

Fantastic Location in Newport Beach!

This property is in the perfect location, an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk or an easy walk to many bars, shops, and restaurants! We also loved that the property included a garage and everything you need for activities from bikes, to boogie boards, to beach chairs. This property is better and roomier than advertised based on the pictures, and we had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to spread out both inside and out on the patio. I would definitely recommend staying here for a great, walkable Newport Beach vacation!

Beautiful home minutes from everything!!

This house was simply amazing. Spacious and very well kept. The modern style home made us want to just stay there instead of heading to the beach which is a 2 minute walk away. Minutes from Balboa Fun Zone as well. That area will keep you entertained for hours with food, snacks, gift shops and attractions. Spend a few dollars and head over to Balboa Island on a ferry ride!! This house was perfect and it was the best trip my family has taken in a long time. Spent a day at Disneyland too which was a little over 30 minutes away. I recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in paradise and reset your mood. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Thank you for sharing your amazing house with me and my wonderful family!

Wonderful place, near beach and pier!

It was great! Awesome property! Unparalleled location! We took a car and a truck k and parked tue car in the garage and the truck at the public pay to park by the beach 1 1/2 blocks away. Worked great!

Great space, great location

Loved our time in Balboa. Bikes were a major plus (one missing a pedal) but overall we loved those and they had all the beach equipment you could ever need. Overall great place.

Amazing quick getaway!

The pictures online were just as described.. Amazing place. Close to alot of walking areas to eat. We took a Lyft to few places since we didn't rent a car. Which didn't really cost much. The whale watching tour we took was Amazing! Would highly recommend! (Davey's Locker) The Balboa zone area does seem more quiet during the week, on Monday, but we left Tues! We did have issues with trying get tv working. They sent out Amy & then Aaron.. Finally got them working! Really appreciate the quick response & that they came on weekend to fix!

Fantastic Stay

My wife and children stayed here and it was everything we hoped and more. Very close to the beach and super easy check in and check out process. Would recommend to anyone and will likely cause us to use VRBO again and again.

Great experience

Everything was just what we wanted.....roomy, pretty and comfortable home, excellent location for the beach, restaurants and walks, and all of the toys we needed (bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs etc). They had really thought of everything. We highly recommend it.

Week in Newport Beach

Property exactly as described in VRBO listing. Very nicely stocked unit with bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, towels and everything needed for a wonderful time on the beach. Unit well stocked inside with everything needed in the kitchen. TV's were plentiful, large and excellent quality. Location excellent as it is only a block or two from the Balboa pier and the Balboa Island ferry. Property manager is excellent to work with and made the checkin/checkout process very easy. The main annoyance with the unit is more about Newport Beach than the unit specifically and that would be the noise. Newport Beach and this unit is within the flight path for John Wayne airport and planes fly over the unit/island fairly consistently. Also, many units on Newport Beach are undergoing renovation/construction (including one property two doors down the street) and the noise and resulting traffic can be severe.

Amazing location and unit

When we first arrived, we were met by the property manager who showed us everything. Top unit. Close to everything! We debated staying at other VRBO’s overlooking the ocean, but as we walked past most of them, you would only see the sand, not the water. From this unit to the sand it’s about 100 feet so definitely not worth paying so much more for that. It was a 2 minute walk to get to the beach. The advantage of being where we are is it’s a minute to walk to the ferry to get to Balboa Island (try their brisket jerky and original frozen banana - best I’ve ever had). A minute walk to get to the Fun Zone, Ferris Wheel, whale watching pick up, and a ton of great food spots. The WiFi is great, the place is immaculate, great TV with Netflix Hulu and everything else, the pots and pans don’t even have scratches on them. I’ve been to VRBO’s where I don’t want to use the pots bc they’re so scratched up. The ones here look brand new. Having the bikes (bring your own helmets) and beach toys was a huge plus. We literally got here and didn’t get in our car once during our 4 day stay. We didn’t use the barbecue but it looked nice. The patio is definitely relaxing to hang out at. Power jet bathtub is great. Beds are super comfortable too. Will definitely be back!

Great Vacation Experience

A very good property near the beach (across the street) and around some useful retail. Very well-run by Brenda who is on top of everything in s a good way, and the things are well-setup for vacationers - like the availability of bikes.

Amazing!!!

I feel that the pictures do not capture the amazing cleanliness (this is most important to my husband) and the newness! This condo has been newly remodeled. All the furniture and bathrooms were new and in great condition. We couldn’t believe all the details that were taken care of for us! They had everything that you would need to run a home! Even shampoo! Because of the Carona, we cooked most of our meals and anything you typically use at home was there! It was awesome! They even have two family room spaces with Big screen tv’s that are hooked up for Hulu, Netflix ect... Not to mention 6 bikes!!! We had a blast going to the beach each day with the 4 chairs, umbrella and wagon that were provided! We didn’t need them, but there was also 4 boogie boards, and tons of beach toys for kids! And we have stayed at many places that don’t provide a place to wash off the sand, but they had a handy hose to take care of that! Our family of 6 had An amazing time and we will definitely be back!
