Light and Airy Upper Unit

This light and airy, newly renovated upstairs unit features 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfectly located in the heart of Newport Beach on the Balboa Peninsula, this home has it all for your next vacation.

Fully remodeled 3 years ago with the highest quality materials, this home features Milgard double pane windows and sliding glass doors, LED recessed lighting, custom maple cabinets with stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully remodeled bathrooms with the same cabinets and countertops as the kitchen, all new flooring, fixtures and more. Just 1 house separates you from the beach, and across the street from the Balboa Island Ferry, iconic beaches, piers, boating, restaurants, fishing, surfing, biking - it does not get any better.

The beautiful kitchen has a bar with extra seating and opens up to the living and dining areas, all one big shared area. There is a balcony with a table and BBQ right off the kitchen that also has sliding glass door access from the bedroom with 2 twin beds.

The master bedroom has a king bed, with a lounge area, an en suite full bathroom, and a private balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and the forth has 2 twin beds. The last 3 bedrooms all share the hall full bathroom. 1 parking spot available in the shared garage. Washer/Dryer available.

Location was perfect. Nice clean home and priced right. Very private. Cool ocean breezes blowing through the home.

Beach Neighbor

The property was as described. It was spacious and a perfect location to walk to the beach. The cleanliness was a bit under par in some areas and I would expect there to be some extra towels for the amount of people staying there. I don’t necessarily liked having to use the same towels to shower with, even though there are washers; I didn’t want to spend my vacation doing laundry. Otherwise; we enjoyed everything else about this place!

Awesome Rental - Amazing Company!!

First the property management company is amazing to work with!! They are literally available 24/7, incredibly fast to respond and ensure you have the best stay possible! Second this house was perfect for our family of seven. We were able to fit our Suburban in the garage so parking wasn’t an issue. They do have plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys available. There is no AC which is very common in that area but there were plenty of fans around the house and the property management company even delivered more when requested. The house is in a safe location so we left all windows and patio doors open the entire time of our stay. We would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend!

Long weekend at the beach

The property was clean and well furnished. The rooms were comfortably furnished and nicely decorated. The beds do not come made. They have linens wrapped in plastic on each bed and you have to put your own linens on the beds. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to cook. Be advised there is no food items. No basic condiments i.e. salt, pepper, olive oil etc. Thats not a bad thing, you just need to plan accordingly.

Great Beach Rental

House was nicely furnished and everyone at the rental company was gracious. Could have used more towels and it needs a new dishwasher but not a big deal. Garage was big enough for our large SUV.

We had another house rented and it sold without us knowing! Imagine the panic 3 days before your entire family is set to travel for the thanksgiving holiday. BWR saved our entire trip and we have the wonderful ladies that work in the Newport Beach office to thank. Their team worked fast and efficient to help us find another vacation rental. Our family rented the entire house, and we loved it!! Everything worked out perfect and there was more than enough room in each unit to fit our party of 15! The location of the property is in walking distance to the Balboa Pier and Fun Zone. Everything was very clean and well kept up on. 10/10 and would stay here again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great. Modern and very close to the beach. Also right in front of the fire pits which was great for bonfire nights. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. The dishes had food on them and cups and utensils were dirty as well. There was also mold in the shower. Place was great and would prob rent again but hope they change the cleaning staff because they were only doing a mediocre job.
