Comfortable and perfect location for us.

This property is great for 2 to 6 people and is family friendly. A accessible to Shalimar executive golf course and lots of restaurants near by. Served us well

Fun, relaxing and convenient home

We really enjoyed our stay. Great facilities and thought has gone into the home. The communication with the host, house instructions and vacation suggestions were excellent. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and lots of space

We really enjoyed staying at the Radiant Rest. We really enjoyed the backyard, games room and the upper patio. It was great to have the space to play games with the kids and sit back and enjoy the hot tub and fire table in the evenings. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable, although the main floor rooms could have benefited from blinds to help make them darker for napping children. The host was very responsive and checked in with us during the trip and provided extra suggestions for dinner spots. Also really liked the virtual welcome manual they provided.

Excellent Vacation Home

This was our first time in Arizona and we could not have selected a better property. The location is perfect as everything we wanted to do was no more than a short drive away. The house was very clean and had everything necessary for our almost 2-week stay. The backyard is very spacious and we spent most nights out there enjoying the amazing weather. Communication with the owner was also excellent. We had zero issues and all of our questions were answered right away. We are already talking about another Arizona trip next year and would definitely stay again.

Great house for our family of four

Stayed for a week with our kids (4 and 7) for Spring Break. There were so many things to do around the house that we ended up staying in and relaxing at the house even more than we intended. The backyard with hot tub, game room and adjacent balcony space were our favorites. Having the 9 hole golf course right behind it was a plus for us. It’s a low key course and after dusk the neighbors will go out and let their kids run around or hit a few balls at the green. This house is on the first hole about 120 yds from the green. The house is very well appointed and clean. We had everything we needed for our family and had no issues during our stay. Owners are very responsive and accommodating.

Great outdoor spaces

The communication with Santiago was very smooth, and he was quick to respond. He sent an electronic house manual ahead of time which was very well done and super helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces (both first and second floors)and the privacy they provided. The house has cheery colors as presented in the photos. We only used the upstairs bedroom (king size) and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels were free of stains, and the shower was clean and had plenty of hot water. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe walking the 10 minutes to Planet Fitness. As always, there are a few downsides. Bring slippers to wear in the house as the carpet upstairs is dirty and needs stretching. It is an older building and rather poorly built, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Good Location

Enjoyed our week-long stay at Santiago's. In town for our son's ASU graduation, so we were a party of 5. All rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space. No complaints from those in the lower bedrooms. Master is great overall, but the furnace vent can be very loud and kept waking me. I picked up some ear plugs and was able to sleep through the night. Upstairs game room is a lot of fun and our family made use of board games and the tv after long days. There is no curtain up there so the TV is only viewable after dark. Kitchen has basics for a stay and bringing home takeout. The house could use a table that seats more than 4. Backyard is set up wonderfully and we made use of it when we could. We greatly appreciated the use of the garage. We found the location to be ideal for getting to ASU and proximity to places we wanted to visit plus restaurants.

Family friendly

This hale was super cute and inviting. It is still beimg upgraded but we loved it!!!! The kitchen was super cute and well stocked. The bathroom and upstairs bedroom updates was beautiful. The living room was so relaxing, the carpet was a little dirty but i blame tenants who dont listen and wesr their slippers in the house. It specificallt says to remove slippers and for good reason. We ate from Hawaii so we always take off our slippers so it wasnʻt a big deal, but owners rules is legit and would help if guest would follow. I got to meet Santiago bc i needed help w/ the ac and he was super nice and helpful. And his wife did a great job witb the decor. Mahalo again for a great experince. Oha and the pool and jacuzzin was cute, just wrong time of the year we came to enjoy it bc it was so hot outside that we couldnt really enjoy all that the yard had to offer. And there was dust storm advisory 3 of the 5 days we were there.

Amazing getaway in Tempe

My kids, ages 12,10 and 4 and my partner and I stayed in this lovely home in Tempe. The kids had so much fun they asked me to buy the house- lol We slept great, beds were very comfortable- house was very clean. The house was cheerful, spacious and our host was great. The backyard was so fun! I hope to be able to return next spring.

Great house

Loved this home. It is in a very quite neighborhood in front of a golf course, with a very large backyard. Perfect for families. The beds were very comfortable, the game room upstairs was great for entertainment. The kitchen was well-equipped. And the home was very well stocked with everything you need (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc). I have no complains. It was a great fit for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This was my all time favorite house I’ve ever stayed in! The aesthetics was so cute & the house provided so much for my friends and I had had plenty of space for all of us (7) The hosts were amazing and accommodated to everything. Would def stay again!
