I feel like it was a bait and switch. The condo was not what we expected. Very disappointed. There was no refund. Beware.

Nice Family Vacation!!

Great location in PCB, Nice Condo!! In addition to the Beach, there was the Pool, Arcade, Theater, Bar, and Restaurant to keep us busy. There is also a Starbucks located on site.

Escaping the Snow Getaway

We decided to stay to escape the snow in our hometown. Condo was clean, well stocked and ready when we arrived. Check in was super simple. Host was awesome and had everything ready for us! Great amenities with the indoor pool and great location near pier park!

THANKS for a great VACAY!

We loved the condo! Not only the individual condominium but the extras that tidewater has really came in handy. Our condo was really great and we loved the view. We went in September of 2022. Slightly off season. We had no issues with elevators. Check in process was so easy (make sure to pre-register). We will be back. The host kept in contact with us the whole trip. She was a pleasure to rent from and I would do it all over again!!!

Great location

Location was great. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed. View was the best. We seen dolphin, sting rays and even seen a couple of whales that ventured close up. There was nothing I could complain about the condo itself but elevators were awful and wait times even when not rush hour are awful. Going down 16 flights of stairs is not bad but going up and carrying groceries is awful. The garage situation is awful too and you have to pay to park and end up using stairs because the elevator in garage is awful too.

Senior Trip

The property itself was nice and as described and the property manager was awesome and very helpful. The one complaint we had was the elevator situation. On several different occasions we had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour for an elevator. Although this unit is on the 16th floor, there was times we had to take the stairs down.

Great Rental!

In my past experiences, I have never been as satisfied as I was with this rental! It was clean, had everything we needed plus more, & a great host that checked in periodically to make sure we were having a great experience ! 5/5 stars for me :)

Fall Break Vacation

This place was gorgeous it was located in an excellent spot around shopping food and entertainment the view from the balcony is gorgeous! The only issue was the elevators taking so long but other than that we had a wonderful trip. Me and my Family would Definitely recommend this place to other people and would definitely stay here again!
