Welcome to my home and to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The Leonard on the Gulf, is centrally located within walking distance to our Historic Downtown and public beach access only 2 miles away. Front yard has plenty of room to park your boat, trailer and 4 cars.
The full kitchen has all the amenities of home with a mini bar. Ask about my pontoon boat specials if interested in renting!

When you need to unwind from a long day at the beach, the backyard is another chill spot to relax. Do a little backyard grillin' or enjoy a nice fire whilst making smores or lounging in the hammock.

The master bedroom has a full bath/shower, the other two rooms have a shared bathroom. Please beware...really hot water! We do have an outdoor shower to wash off prior to entering the home, our powder soft sand sure does find areas to stick to...you'll see what we mean and will appreciate this option.

Full washer/dryer on-site with laundry detergent.

Last but not least, cleanliness is our top priority. We only use eco-friendly products as we want to keep you, our beaches and waterways free from chemicals. We strive for a 5-star rating from every guest. After each stay we fog the house with a plant-based disinfectant to ensure any germ that might have stayed behind is gone.
