Terrible

House was up for rental. Did not state no amenities were available. We were not allowed access to any of them. Embarrassed in front of friends.Would not recommend this property. Would not recommend VRBO.Very disappointed.

Great Family Destination

The townhouse/condo lived huge and was in good shape. It definitely had enough room for our family. The property manager was always quick to respond with any questions I had leading upto our stay and the check in went smooth. Overall, it was a great unit and a great location! Thanks again!!! Alex

Overall Good Experience

This place was overall a good experience for my family. The condo was about a 10 minute walk to the pool area. The pool area was very fun for all ages. The only disappointment was there were no balcony or patio furniture so we were not able to enjoy the weather from our condo unless we purchased chairs which we did not have room for on the ride home.

Great place for families!

Villa was nice, property managers were responsive when called. Pool area is fun, crowded at times, and the food at the bar and grill is good and reasonable. Beds were comfortable. Needs new carpet upstairs and more dining room chairs! There were only 3! For a 4 bedroom villa! 😔 Also, needs a few chairs for the balcony so you can sit outside. Had to walk up to the pool to enjoy the sun. And... no outside food or beverages allowed at the pool.

Information Missing

This was our second time staying at the Regal Palms. We love the property and all that it has to offer. I found the front office staff helpful in general, they did however misinform us of some information which in turn resulted in a vehicle that was registered to the property being towed away at my expense. They were very quick to pass the blame and not offer any assistance or explanation. make sure you read the very fine print before signing anything as they do not review any of the contract with you. The home that we rented was average, it was what we expected. The stove was cracked therefore only half worked. had issues with the fridge but nothing that was not addressed quickly. We got notice halfway through our stay that they would be redoing the roof on our unit so we were to park elsewhere and it becomes quite noisy and inconvenient. That is information that would have been nice to know prior to check in so that we could make an informed decision. otherwise the resort itself was clean and a joy as per usual. I would still stay there again

Not what we expected

Was given the wrong door code to start with so had to call and wait for a callback to get correct code Tub didn’t drain good. Maintenance man never showed up. We used drano to fix it. Stovetop cracked. No ironing board. Comforter on bed had nasty stains. Cable in bedroom didn’t work. Have never dealt with a property management co and we always use vrbo. This was our worst experience but it was very reasonably priced and it was nice. Described as a villa and if you don’t look closely at the pic it looks like a house but it’s a townhouse

Not as Advertised

This property needs to be updated. This 4 bedroom condo only had two televisions in the entire unit. Advertised tv in every room. Smooth stop stove need to be replaced. Had a crack across the stove. This could be a safety hazard. Blinds need to be updated as well. Upstair master bedroom bathroom blinds has big gap in them, also the kitchen. You could be seen from the outside taking a bath/shower. Had to cover with aluminum foil because it was the only thing we had at the time. Other than that the, the unit was clean.

Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms! The property is beautiful and only a 20 minute drive to Disney. The home is beautiful but there are a few maintenance details that need to be tended too. The stove top is cracked. The kitchen sink faucet has the pull down spout but it will not go back in place properly and the handle to the back sliding door is broken. Also not enough glassware for drinks. Plenty of wine glasses however.

Nice place, but in need of some repairs

We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is that some things were in need of repair. Stovetop was cracked and one burner did not work. Microwave handle was broken and duck taped together. Ice maker produced ice but froze up and couldn't be dispensed. The sofa was broken in one spot. The townhome has four bedrooms, but only seats four in the eating area. The dishes were mismatched and there was hardly any glassware. The place was decorated nicely and the amenities of the development were great. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. Although only about nine miles from Disney, traffic could be a nightmare. The travel time took from 20 minutes to an hour if there is a tie-up of some kind.

Spring break 2022

Property was ok. Picked this property for the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is apparent this is a rental with several things that need to be fixed. Just a few things if you have younger children. No plastic cups, only glass. Tv in upstairs master had cords hanging from tv. Cable box was just sitting on top of tv. Not safe for little kids. Master bedroom patio faces Sand Mine Rd. It was very loud in early morning with dump trucks driving by. Listing said there was a hair dryer and telephone. Not there at all! Had a elderly parent with no cell phone that stayed with us. She stayed home one day with no phone. Not cool at all!! Reached out to Jenny the owner about a question about damage deposit, and to let her know about several light bulbs missing on all levels. No response at all!! Trash situation was a mess. Dumpster was half full with loose trash from previous renters. I would stay at another rental at Regal Palms rental but, not this one. Oh, and you have pay for rental protection in order to rent this unit.

Adequate, good price

Property was not very clean. Sheets spotted in downstairs room. Stain on one of the toilets. Dusty in some areas. Some furniture/appliances displayed wear and tear and could be replaced now. Fridge was clean. Good amount of towels provided. Glass cups so take plastic for kids and toddlers. Small package Hand bar soap provided very minimal toilet paper. We had to buy toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, dish soap, dish scrubber and laundry detergent. I prefer to wash at home so I did not expect soap for our laundry but you’re asked to leave towels washing and no detergent provided. Front desk staff was not very friendly nor welcoming. We asked about cameras to verify vehicle damage. We were told no cameras available but we can ask neighbors around the property. The house was adequate and great price and property manager responded quickly to questions.

January get away

Staying in Orlando (and not in a hotel) is a treat. Although we didn’t stay at the original property listed, due to forces beyond the owners control, they did an amazing job of relocating us quickly and into a home that was fitting for our group. The home was clean and perfect for a large family to stay in….. it was one of the few times that Florida was too cold to use the amenities 😢 The owners were easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. I would definitely rent from them again!!!

Perfect

Wonderful Villa and great location. Tons of room and sleeping options. The pool is amazing and heated to 85*. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and Disney World.

Pre Xmas Holiday

We booked the property so we can stay together as a big family to have fun, have good time and enjoy the theme parks with the family. The property was just perfect and ideal as it was able to accommodate all 10 people conveniently.

Food left in the freezer, crumbs left on the floor, was given the wrong wi-fi info in need of rehab

At 1st glance... Excellent location especially if you want to stay away from Kissimmee crowds. Very nice reception area . landscape was beautiful. Get to the front door loved the driveway and the keyless entry. We arrived late so we quickly got our stuff out the car and went in blinds were missing slabs carpet looked dirty and some areas needed to be patched or replaced. As we were adding food for the week to the fridge a bag of frozen ravioli were left and popcorn and crumbs were left under the coffee table when taking out the trash i discovered trash left in the receptacle and on the ground in the back yard. Luckily I had hot spot because the wi-fi information emailed to me was incorrect. I emailed the property manager in regards to all of the above but no one ever replied. Still I didn't let the above ruin my vacation.
