This beautiful 6 bedroom home includes 12 Queen beds, 4.5 bath, 10 car space, Pool, and a boat ramp that gives you access to the Gulf of Mexico! Your surrounded by a beautiful view and surrounded on two sides with water, their are dolphins that come up so if your lucky you will be meet our aquatic neighbors! The home has plenty to entertain you and your family with, There's a game room in the first floor, a outdoor pool, and a outdoor kitchen. There's also plenty of land to play on and space for parties or for celebrating a family get together. We know you will enjoy your stay here, its a hidden paradise near the heart of Tampa! Our dock was recently replaced so you can enjoy sunsets and fishing during your stay!

Wedding/long weekend

Beautiful, big and clean home right on the water with magnificent views, close to everything. Was able to host rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Wonderful weekend had by all! Thank you Victor!

Great stay

We rented the house with a few families from Michigan, in the area for a gymnastics meet. Good fishing off the dock and saw several dolphins, kids and parents all had a good time.

Great experience

I checked out the reviews before booking the listing. Some were not favorable but from the moment we arrived I was totally and completely satisfied. The owner reached out before we arrived and we had continued communication with him. The view was breathtaking. The house had more than enough sleeping space. The house had any and all amenities that we needed. I would definitely and will book this house again.

Nice and spacious place

Great spot for a big group. Pretty far from downtown Tampa so this is a good spot if you plan on spending most of your time at the house. Overall, we had a great time.

Wonderful family reunion

We had a wonderful stay for our weekend family reunion. The house was extremely accommodating for a large group of people, and the setting couldn’t have been more beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the pool and viewing the river. My one bit of advice is to bring your own pool towels as they are not provided.

Beautiful View

We loved the property. The house was spacious and the beds where very comfortable, What a beautiful view of the river and very peaceful. We where a group of 19 ladies and everyone would like to return next year. Plenty of space for all of us. We had an amazing stay.

Family Spring Break

Everything that we needed as a family. Was able to have traditional Easter egg hunt to birthday party to trips to the beaches and was able to spend quality time with grandma great grandma also great great grandma Weather was great and everyone had there own spaces.

Perfect waterfront property

Everything we needed to enjoy time on the water and then relaxation back at the house. Plenty of amenities and spacious. We will definitely be back

Yearly tradition

A group of friends and myself have stayed here every year when travelling from Miami for a local car event. The morning views are lovely and the house is spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Also very central for our needs. Looking forward to staying there again next year.

Best in Tampa

This is the second time we stayed here. perfect for the whole family. It has plenty of beds and amenities. we need a place with plenty of parking and entertaining space. This house is it. Its close to everything and the boat ramp is a huge plus. we will continue to stay here when we are in tampa.

Family Vacation

I loved the property! The house was big enough for our family vacation. The only thing that we were upset about was the dock was destroyed by a storm that had went through before we rented it. It is a beautiful home!

Great home for big groups

We celebrated a friends Bachelor party here. The home was beautiful, plenty of space for the group. Location was close to Tampa, privacy was a plus, located on a dead end road riverfront.. Victor had great communication throughout the entire process. The pool, dock and boat ramp, were valued additions for this rental. Absolutely would stay again. Highly recommend!

Best Birthday Party

I hosted a Birthday Party at this home for my father. This home is perfect for those families looking to stay together and host an event. We had 40 attendees and the whole family was able to stay together in the home. The property is in a beautiful water front location with a wonderful breeze and plenty of shade. The pool and house were clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was welcoming and quick to answer any questions that we had.

Bachelor party trip

My group and I had a fantastic stay at this property. We had a large group (24 people) and this house slept everyone very comfortably. The property was clean and spacious in a very cool area right on the river. We especially enjoyed being able to use the brand new dock and even caught some catfish which was very exciting. It is in a great location that is close to multiple grocery stores and just a short drive to lots of amazing activities. Victor was very communicative and did everything he could to make sure we had a great stay. We had so much fun and I cannot recommend this space enough. Book it today!

Great stay!

Overall the property was great. The rooms and property in general was accommodating to our large group. They finished the new dock during our first day and we were able to enjoy the fishing and sights for the remainder of our stay. The kids enjoyed catching plentiful catfish, speckled trout, and stingrays! One thing I feel would improve the property is adding heat to the swimming pool, which we were looking forward to enjoy but couldn’t in combination with the cold front that moved in. We would stay again, but probably in the warmer season in Florida to enjoy the amenities the property offers. Thanks again Victor!

Property Was Beautiful

The property was beautiful and spacious. There was some maintenance and upkeep we felt was lacking, very large stain (red/rust colored about size of basketball) in guest bedroom that was found after a night spent in that bed, as well as stains on the comforter in the master bedroom, these are things i feel could be easily replaced. Couple dead beetles/palmetto bugs found and we bought our own Raid for the multiple hornet nests on the dock. The host was very accommodating with an early checkin and a late checkout.

Not as Advertised

The inside was ok, the outside was horrible, the grass was over a foot high and there was an animal crawling around in the grass. The owner claims due to the weather the grass grows fast but stated he only cut the grass twice a month. We had 9 people stay in a house fit for 24. We were at a conference in town and wanted to have a few friends come by for a few hours and was charged. The pool wasn't cleaned until a day before check-out. The dock doesn't have lights as advertised. The owner didn't contact us until after the stay. The price per night this home is not worth it. I would never stay at this property again
