Perched atop a hill on the calm waters of Birdsong Hollow Cove, relax and enjoy the shady deck and sip your morning coffee.

You are sure to enjoy this quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to all the conveniences you might need. Located just minutes from Bagnell Dam, at the 3 MM by water and close to Lake Ozark and Osage Beach, you won’t have far to travel to experience all the Lake has to offer. Explore the lake by renting a boat from nearby Village Marine, or bring your own and park it in the private dock's covered boat slip (24x10). Guests have full access to the dock, 2 kayaks and a lily pad for the whole family to enjoy.

The home has recently undergone a refresh on the exterior and newly furnished on the inside. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor as you enter the home from the driveway. The Master with a private bath, and the secondary bedrooms have a shared bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV.

Downstairs you will find a cozy living room, and a sunroom, with farmhouse dining table, seating for 10. There's also a daybed in this room for 2 more guests.
The kitchen is well appointed with all that you would need for cooking or baking. Enjoy the coffee bar/island with barstool seating.
You will also find a powder bath and large laundry room on this level.
Just off the kitchen is the access to the deck overlooking the lake. Here you will be able to enjoy the view from our outdoor dining table, seating for 6 and cook up a delicious meal on the gas grill.

Things to make your stay more enjoyable:

Parking is limited to 3 cars, (2 in the driveway and one on the street next to the garage).

There are security cameras throughout the exterior of the home, and one in the Laundry room.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved having access to a boat slip to keep our boat in. There was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew at check in that Mandi resolved quickly and handled well.

Great girls weekend at LOTO

We had a wonderful time at the lake, just relaxing and soaking up rays. The house was wonderful and the dock and lily pad were perfect. The cove was calm and family friendly.One thing to maybe include in the description is that the entrance road is a bit rough and hard to navigate for cars with low clearance.

Great weekday getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed the peacefulness of the cove. It was a fantastic place to rejuvenate and relax. The home was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the game selection you offered and the equipped kitchen quite a bit. We also really enjoyed the lily pad. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Lake Front Home in a Quiet Cove

The house is a quiet cove with quick access to the marina and the main channel. The house was well-furnished and updated. It has great views of the lake from the house and the deck. The deck can get morning and afternoon shade from the trees on the property so its great to sit at all day long. The dock is nice with a slip for our pontoon boat. The owner has plenty of deck chairs, steps into the water as well as kayaks and a lily-pad. All of the neighbors seemed quiet and respectful. The house sits behind the no-wake buoys so it rarely gets any wave action. The parking can accommodate three cars, but not much beyond that. Highly recommended stay and the accommodations and communication with the owner were top-notch.

Birthday lake weekend

Oh My Goodness! This is one of the nicest places our family has stayed and we have been all over. We needed and wanted nothing more on this trip. The beds were amazing, the well stocked kitchen literally had everything you could possibly need, and you really felt like you could just unwind with all the amenities from home and more. Thank you so much for such an incredible and memorable weekend for our family. We will definitely be booking again!…Next time for longer!

Better than expected

It was just perfect for our group! Beds were comfortable, the kitchen provided everything we needed, and we especially loved the the big table for our meals. It's in a no-wake zone so we spent much of our time at the dock. Thanks to the wonderful hosts!

We'd Go Again!

This is a great property which is as-advertised, great view, no wake cove, very clean and well appointed. We'd go back again! The property owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The kayaks were easy to deploy and a lot of fun. The deck was very pleasant and cove facing. Bring life vests as we did not find any. Also the kitchen back door latch to the deck needed attention.

A gem at the lake

Loved this house. Had everything we needed and was super clean. Beds were comfy. Mandi was a great host. Would definitely rent again.

Super clean! Well stocked!

We loved our stay. We went at the beginning of April and it was very quiet in the area. It takes about 15 min to get anywhere to eat, but we enjoyed driving around the area on the twisty roads. Its very pretty - although the trees were still empty, but that made for better site-lines to the lake. The house was super clean and very well stocked. The kitchen even had 2 crockpots. bonus! I love that they gave us extra toilet paper and paper towel plus laundry and dish detergent. We've been to other rentals that have next to no supplies. Comfortable mattresses too. There are a lot of stairs, so if you have anyone in your crew that has trouble with stairs, be aware. That seems to be true with most of the houses in that area. It didn't bother us at all. I would definitely recommend this property. The owners were responsive and gave us great recommendations! We rented a boat from Bombay - half-off prices until May 1. Staff at Bombay was very nice and helpful!

Home Base for a week

We used this as a home base for one week while we attended a conference. It was a little off the beaten path for groceries and such but we enjoyed it regardless. We all would stay there again but bring our wives next time. Gorgeous views of the lake in the morning.

Already looking to book our next getaway here!

Our family of 6 LOVED every minute of our stay- there was truly something for everyone! We loved kayaking and fishing with the needed materials that the home provides… bonus! We spent so much time relaxing and floating on the Lilly pad in the lake! We stayed during the week and were pleasantly surprised at how little traffic and noise there was. Home is located close to the dam, some great restaurants, outlet shopping and the water park. Mandi was very friendly and timely in responses, providing us everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back again!!

Exactly what we hoped

This property was everything we were looking for in our stay. It was quiet and secluded, but still close enough to everything. The cove was quiet, which allowed our family and kids to swim around the dock and cove without worrying about a lot of boat traffic or waves from passing boats. Mandi was very quick and responsive before and during our stay. We had a few questions and she was very accommodating and very friendly to talk to. We would definitely recommend this property to friends/family and have already been talking with our group about going back next summer!

Amazing location!

Great place for a nice weekend getaway! The lake access was our favorite part, the kayaks, and lily pad made the lake so much fun! I would definitely would recommend this place to anyone going to the Ozarks!

Excellent Vacation

2 adults, 4 kids, and 2 large dogs. Had a wonderful extended weekend. Very good communication from the Host. The cove is very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. House was spacious and clean with a great dining room with a large table for late night games. Great views from the decks and lots of wildlife around. Good fishing in the cove with herons, ducks, and deer to see galore. Very close to the Bagnell Dam and spent a great day on the strip shopping and playing. Will definitely be back!

We are the Suellentrops, Jeff and Mandi , we were born and raised at the lake of the Ozarks, and have always considered this home. We now live full time with our 2 children in the beautiful Texas hill Country outside San Antonio.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We purchased this home to have a place for our kids to experience lake life as we did as kids. This cove is deep and always has very calm water. The location by road is super convenient as well. We have done some minor updating for now, and are planning on a full remodel of the house in the coming year.
