Family Fun - Private Dock, Movie Room, and Calm Water!

Everything you need for a fun week at the lake!!! This is a fully stocked house is perfect for multiple families or couples wanting a relaxing and fun getaway in a quieter cove and neighborhood. This large, newer home features two full kitchens, two living areas, two dining areas, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two screened-in porches, one open air porch, a two-car garage with parking up to 5 vehicles, an office, a laundry room, outdoor gas grills on both levels, and a gentle slope to the private dock with a swim platform. There are flat screen TVs in both living rooms and three of the bedrooms – Dish is the satellite service for TV & movies and there is also internet/wi-fi service. If the weather keeps you inside there are plenty of games for the kids (or adults) and a ping pong table in the downstairs game room. Finish the night visiting with a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace on the screened in back porch or enjoy a family movie in the movie room with 12 reclining seats.

The dock has fun activities for everyone including built in speakers, mini fridge to keep your drinks cold, fishing, swimming/floating (Lilly pad provided), kayaking (provided), or boating/jet skiing. You can rent or bring your own boat or PWC (there is a 10’boat slip and a 12’ boat slip left empty for renters and 1 side-mounted drive-on PWC lift is also left empty for renters). There is enough seating for everyone on the dock with 4 lounge chairs, a table w/ 6 more chairs, and some foldup chairs that can be brought out when extra seating is required.

Enjoy a meal out at the open air local popular pirate themed restaurant, Jolly Roger's, literally around the corner from the house by boat or car. They have summer cruises on a pirate ship that can be booked on-line ahead of time (https://www.grubngrog.com). Another themed restaurant on the water that can be reached by boat has a swim up bar with a pool for kids called Coconuts Caribbean Beach Bar & Grill (https://www.coconutsatthelake.com). In addition, gas for the boat and a great meal at Lake Burger restaurant are also close by water. There are some local bars, restaurants, and a Dollar General (with light groceries) an 8 min drive from the house. If you are interested in shopping, go-carts, miniature golf, a helicopter ride, or concrete ice cream you can head to the quaint Lake Ozark Strip on Bagnell Dam Blvd or Osage Beach (both about 25 miles away). And don't forget to check out some of the local caves around the lake if you are caught on a rainy day or just want to get out of the sun for a day.
