Good morning John. Thank you for the review, we are so happy you found out location perfect and enjoyed the balcony. It is handy to have the fireplaces in each unit for guest use. Yes Staff is only in the building until 6pm during the week and 9pm on the weekends to assist new arrivals and make sure the facility is ready for use. Being on the water, our decks/patios offer a great spot to watch the boats, including the Ferry. Please give us a call so we can book your 2024 visit, I am sure we have units with bigger kitchens if you plan on cooking with all of the fantastic restaurants Charlevoix has to offer.
