Bad experience

We did not stay in the vibe unit due to "plumbing issue" we were instead moved to a sparsely set up unit 15 blocks away from downtown. I had to request check in info an hour before check in. We were supposed to check in at 3 but the new unit was not ready until 4:15. Communication was terrible. I requested a credit because instead of walking to our event we had to use Lyfts and they were delayed. New apartment did not have working fire alarm and lights did not work.

Very nice apartment stay.

Was Very nice place to stay, was clean check in and out was easy host was very easy to deal with very prompt.

Great location

You're really paying for location with this place. It is located in a great spot close to Lucas Oil and a bunch of night life. Lots of things were broken in this place i.e. picture frames, some portions of light strips, kitchen sink handle literally fell right off, dish washer still hadn't been fixed 2 months later and still had disgusting standing water in it. Owner didn't reach out it with checkin info until we contacted them about an hour before checkin. There was no checkin/checkout info upon arrival, so had to reach out for wifi. Parking was awful... it's not listed on the site, but you have to pay for parking the entire time you're there (we stayed 3 nights so an extra $60). Most likely won't get street parking; we had to park in a garage a block away and carry all of our luggage/groceries back and forth. This place is great if you're looking for a spot to crash within walking distance to everything, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're spending extended time inside.

Poorly Equipped

Checkin instructions were good, but I had to ask for wifi information. There was no booklet in the unit with information. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the bathroom and we noticed the dishwasher had smelly standing water in it. I contacted the owner and they said the dishwasher was out of order and needed to be replaced and they forgot to put towels out. They told us we can find them in the closet. They offered to wash the dishes for us, but I think that is unreasonable. I don’t have time to deal with that. However, there were no hand towels and no dishrags or kitchen towels or a drying rack for drying dishes. If the dishwasher doesn’t work, they could at least supply a dishrag. Also, we attempted to make pasta on our first night there, but there was no spoon, other than the teaspoons in the utensil tray. So, I had to use a teaspoon to stir and serve pasta. We were only given a half of a roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay. Luckily, I had brought a couple rolls as a backup. On our second day, we headed to Target and purchased a strainer for pasta, a serving spoon and spatula, so we could make pancakes in the morning. I also purchased kitchen towels and sponges to do dishes and a cookie sheet so we could use the oven. There were only 3 bowls in the cabinet (this place is supposed to sleep 4 people) and one cup. Only one cup for four people to share? The edges of the carpet and the baseboards don’t look like they have been cleaned in months and the carpet had big stains on it. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser didn’t have any conditioner in it. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
