Everything was perfect! We could hear the waves crashing on the beach from the condo. Host was amazing and gave us a list of local places to visit. I would highly recommend staying here.

A beautiful property so close to so many wonderful places. The beach off the back was perfect for a quick dip. Walking distance to Fortuna and Loquillo along the surf when tides are low.

This is a perfect place for a beach vacation. The host was the best I have experienced at communication and accessibility. I can not think of a single negative thing about this property and my stay.

Best experience ever!! The condo was immaculate and exactly as pictured. Amazing location - steps to the beach and perfect base to see Fajardo, San Juan, Luquillo beach, and El Younque. The host was AMAZING. Plenty of communication and even went the extra step to offer local recommendations for food and things to do. 20/10 recommend!!

This is a lovely condo in a great location for walking to the beach and restaurants. Aida and Evy are thoughtful hosts who have provided all you could need for a relaxing vacation. We loved it!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Luquillo. The outdoor space was the most utilized space when we were "home". The host provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the beach, Los Kioskos, El Yunque, restaurants and more, it really was the perfect stay. I hope to come back with friends and will definitely hit up Ms. Aida! She answered all of our questions quickly and ensured we had a great stay. Five Stars all the way!

Very clean and well stocked.Very loud air conditioners in bedrooms making sleep difficult.

Regarding the air conditioners, this is actually the first time anyone has mentioned difficulty with the noise. We always encourage our guests to please let us know right away if anything is affecting their comfort so we can address it during the stay and ensure you rest well. Because we were never made aware of any issue, it’s difficult to improve something we didn’t know about. For that reason, it doesn’t feel entirely fair to rate us negatively based on the air conditioner when we were not given the opportunity to correct it for you. Still, I appreciate you sharing this now, and I’ll have the units checked to make sure everything is working as quietly as it should. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us continue improving the experience for future guests.

We were very blessed to be returning guests to this beautiful property. Everything was absolutely perfect- from check in, to communication, to the amenities. We cannot say enough! This trip was a Christmas present to ourselves and our family. We will have these memories forever and are grateful to our hosts for making it possible.

Great Weekend Get-Away

Our family had a great 2 day stay at this property. The location was great being able to walk to the kiosks and beach. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Eve and her husband were wonderful! Communication was great. Place is adorable, very clean, of course great view. They were doing a little work in upstairs unit, and super conscientious about noise. Toilet issue fixed immediately. Great hosts!

Great location, great amenities, good privacy.

This is a great property to stay at and we had a wonderful time. The location is great for reaching Luquillo and Seven Seas beach. The neighborhood is quiet and you can hear the ocean waves against the shore which is just feet away. A great place to stay at!

Great view of the ocean

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The kids especially loved the outdoor hammock, and we all enjoyed the stunning ocean view. Communication with the host was seamless, and the check-in process was simple and well-documented. The reliable Wi-Fi and convenient, safe parking further enhanced our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxed, enjoyable getaway!

We had the most amazing time staying at Aida's place in Luquillo. The location was spectacular with large windows looking out to the beautiful ocean. The beds were so comfortable and the place stocked with everything we needed from beach stuff to kitchen supplies and washer and dryer. It was easy checking in because Aida is excellent with communication and answered quickly when we had questions or just needed some referrals for great things to do in the area. This place is only 30 min from SJU airport, 10 min from El Yunque rainforest and less then 5 minutes from Luquillo beach with an incredible amount of kiosks with great food options. The beach is incredibly beautiful and the water so warm and clear. My daughter and I had an amazing trip for her 18th birthday and chartered a boat on Culebra to enjoy that amazing island as well. We also did a mini-boat tour to Icacos with snorkeling and had so much fun. There are just so many fun things to do, see and great food to eat. It was an incredible vacation and this location and place to stay topped the list as the absolute best. We would definitely stay there again. Also going as Mom and daughter I was nervous at first about safety but it was completely safe with a gated area and we never felt unsafe. This place was so inspiring to stay at and so beautiful! Thank you so much Aida and Evy for all your great recommendations and kindness helping us figure out all our vacation details. You two are the best! Thanks so much!

Magical Place

This was a fantastic place, the most beautiful view to wake up to every morning, and close to many different beaches, kiosks, and restaurants. Aida and Evy were super responsive and helpful with suggestions. This is a wonderful place, and I would like to book it again without hesitation.

Cute apartment with beautiful views

Great apartment right on the ocean. Loved sitting on the porch listening to the waves crash! Marsalis the property manager was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Would gladly stay again!

Nice & quiet

We loved our stay here! Very clean, everything seemed brand new. Well equipped kitchen and apartment. Very quiet neighborhood. Property manager was wonderful!

Excellent stay

Upon arrival, host communicated clearly and timely about how to enter and was always available if we had any questions. Our stay was wonderful and relaxing! We especially enjoyed opening the glass doors all the way for the breeze, view, and sound of the waves. It was so convenient to walk right out to the water and we especially enjoyed sunbathing and swimming right there. The condo was well appointed with plenty of blankets, towels, kitchen tools, etc. walk to beach and kiosks, and a short drive to rainforest hikes and activities.

Beach condo

This condo was perfect for us! The backyard ocean was amazing to cool down in after visiting the rainforest or kiosks. Great location, beautiful beach decor, with an amazing porch that we used every evening. The hosts were very informative and gave many activity and restaurant suggestions. If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again.

BreathTaking

The place is located in a nice secure area. We had a great time exploring and swimming in and around the beach. The manager was available every time I called and was so helpful and gracious. We had an awesome time and a breathtaking view.

Girls trip

Stayed with 5 of my friends and we had a wonderful time. Location was close to the rainforest and Icacos where we wanted to go. Staff was amazing and checked in on us daily. If we are vet in the are would definitely give them a call again.
