Enjoy your own private patio overlooking the public McCormick Ranch golf course, and a common pool, hot tub and exercise gym.
The condo is a conveniently & centrally located in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley and just 2 miles from Top Golf & Talking Stick/Diamond Back Stadium, 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale & Fashion Square Mall, 2 miles from many amazing resorts like The Sanctuary & Montelucia, & 4 miles from Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland. Just 20 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor Airport.
Within a few hundred yards/walking distance are many restaurants (Starbucks, Alma, Jamba Juice, Wildflower, Publico, Ruth's Chris) and lots of shops and amenities (nail salon, Cycle bar, Orange Theory, Rumors Salon & more). Hi there! My name is Mia and I live full time in the Northern California wine country with my husband and 2 daughters. We are a busy family who enjoys traveling to the California coast, Lake Tahoe, and of course Arizona!

I am a graduate (2000) of University of Arizona in Tucson and always dreamed of living in both CA & AZ at some point in my life. We purchased this property 2 years ago and it has been the ultimate vacation home. As soon as we arrive we are in total vacation mode. There are so many restaurants and things to do in and around the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area. Not to mention Sedona is only a few hours drive away. We love the location being so close to Old Town, baseball stadiums, shopping and resorts/spas!

Location, location, location. Honestly, this location in McCormick Ranch off Indian Bend & Scottsdale Rd is close to EVERYTHING. The condo is in a very safe, gated community and it is a very quiet but friendly complex. Having so many shops and restaurants within walking distance is a definite plus! The condo is fully furnished with all new linens, towels and furniture. We had so much fun stocking it with everything you need to just move in and start enjoying your stay. I hope you feel as rested and relaxed as we do when you are here!
