Great getaway!

We loved the condo! Everything was in good condition and suited to our needs. It was perfect for our family of 4. Farah was very communicative and helpful as well. The only annoying thing was having to walk across the street for parking. We would stay here again!

The condo itself was as described. It was priced very competitively and fair! The furniture and beds are nice and it’s well decorated! The check-in process was easy and the instructions provided were helpful. I had to call to get clarification on one item and they answered it quickly for us. Great customer service! When we got checked into the room, there was some trash on the floors in both bathrooms and one of the toilets did not appear to have been cleaned recently. The room has smart TVs and they already had it logged in to Netflix and Hulu which was a nice touch. The resort itself is extremely large and so there’s lots of walking; for example, you have to park across the street and come across on the 3rd floor through a long walkway. At least the walkway has AC! We loved the mini store for breakfast sandwiches and the tiki bar near the tower 1 pool. The food at the pool is good and the drink packages are fair priced. The biggest issue we had with the complex was how crowded the beach was. We had to go down at 530am just to get a spot for our canopy where we had an unobstructed view, and if you weren’t practically in the water, people would sit their chairs/umbrellas right in front of you. The umbrella service takes up all the best beach real estate, it’s a little crazy they allow that to take almost the entire front side of tower 1, as many people do not use it.
