We arranged for a technician to visit the very next day, and when a replacement part was needed, we honored your request to complete the repair after checkout to avoid disrupting your vacation. We appreciate your understanding and are glad you were able to enjoy the beach and views during your stay.

Room was exactly as described. Being on 25th floor we were able to watch dolphins, hammer head sharks, stingrays, sea turtles, as well as other fish swim up the coast every morning.

Basketball Tournament

Fabulous stay

This is our 3rd year at Tidewater and we have always enjoyed our stay. Communication with the propery owner was great. The facilities are wonderful and the staff is the best. Ready for our next visit.

The view from the condo was breathtaking.Definitely the selling point. Check-in was easy. The detailed email from the host was very helpful, but the garage passcode was incorrect. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The host was quick to respond with help opening a stuck storage door for our beach chairs. The negatives. When we walked in and took our shoes off the floor was sandy. Maybe it was swept but not cleaned with a mop. The furniture was outdated. The couch was not comfortable. I realize you hopefully won’t be spending much time on the couch, but after a long day outside, you want to come back to the condo and sit and relax on a comfy couch.The chairs on the deck are old, rusty and torn. So don’t wear white shorts for obvious reasons. I did read the amenities section for this condo. The write up says that one “bedroom” is a bunk room with a curtain. So it was accurate. We had 3 adults in our party. We each wanted our own bedroom. So, I chose the bunk room. This room definitely is not for adults. The bottom bunk mattress was not comfortable at all, so I had to crawl up the ladder to the top bunk. If adults are sleeping in this bunk room, they should be young and so tired they don’t care if it is not comfortable. This “room” has no place for luggage. So, a lot of my things were in the dining room.Honestly the place isn’t terrible, it was on the water like we wanted. I just believe for the money that we paid that some updates should take place.

Great location

We loved everything about our stay but the elevators. The location was great and the unit was exactly as listed. If it weren’t for the elevators we’d definitely stay there again.

Great property with great owners. We were contacted the day of our arrival by the owner to make for an easier check-in. There were a couple of small issues with the condo but nothing too major. A number on the key pad didn't seem to want to work and the washer/dryer was needing repair, which the owner scheduled during our stay. Although the dryer still took about 3 cycles to dry clothes. But overall, we had a great vacation in a very nice condo.

Great location

Location was great. Elevator situation on the condo is a bit frustrating. During high peak times, you could wait on an elevator 30 minutes or more. Condo said it had a hair dryer, but we couldn’t find one. Overall experience was good and the location and view was amazing. This condo could use a little decor upgrade. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Tidewater

Elevators were slow when the was actually working had to walk stairs with my 2 yr old granddaughter very long wait times for the elevator was a horrible experience

James, sorry that you had to experience some elevator wait, which is somehow common for many oceanfront high-rises during the very busiest prime-summer weeks in PCB (June-July). Please be advised that since your visit our HOA has implemented some changes, including dedicated elevator attendants with override control, which significantly improved the elevators throughput. Alternatively, we'll be glad to host you in our other two oceanfront PCB condos, which are located on the SECOND and THIRD floors in nearby resorts! Regards, Mr. ILia

Location is GREAT!

Pros: The location is exactly what we wanted!!! It’s on the beach and close to the pier! The owners were great and communicated even when they were on vacation AND at 2 AM in their location!!!!Cons: Check your SPAM/Junk mail! We missed the required document for Tidewater and had to pay a last minute fee. This was booked last minute, so we probably would have had to pay the additional fee, but we had no idea! The fee is based on the number of bedrooms. I paid for a 3 bedroom, but I think this is technically a 2 bedroom condo. They put bunk beds in the hallway to the bathroom and a curtain as the door. It was fine for our last minute stay. The elevators were not all working. It was random which elevator was working. The pools were FREEZING, even the “indoor heated pool”. We walked around bare footed in the condo the first night and ended up with nasty feet! Probably because we are on the beach but still YUCK! We wore shoes the rest of the stay.
