Den luksuriøse Beach and Yacht Club på Perdido Key er et leje begrænset kompleks (mindre end tyve af de 96 enheder har nogensinde lov til at være i et lejeprogram), så poolområdet og den brede vidde af stranden er aldrig meget overfyldt.
Du vil elske den næsten 360 graders udsigt fra denne lyst indrettede enhed på elleve sal placeret direkte på stranden. Alle værelser har balkoner med udsigt over vandet og private bade, der har travertinbrusere og bordplader. Det veludstyrede køkken har granitbenke, rustfrit udstyr og en separat ismaskine. Der er tv på hvert værelse, og der er også gratis wifi.
Nyd en endeløs række aktiviteter, fordi du har adgang til stranden og bugten. Du kan leje en båd eller medbringe din egen! Spil tennis på vores private baner. Eller slap af i en lænestol og nyd den betagende udsigt fra den blæsende balkon.

Most Beautiful Condo

Oh my goodness! I can hardly describe how wonderful this condo was!!! We just returned from staying a week in this condo and I have to say, it was excellent. My family - me, my husband and two 9 year old girls were more than comfortable in this condo. I don't even know where to begin. It was definitely the cleanest place we have stayed at and the layout of the condo was perfect for us. Beautiful views of the beach! When you walk in, you will be stunned by the views from all angles. The bathrooms were pristine and updated, the kitchen was perfectly stocked and surprisingly there were tv's in all of the bedrooms, which we loved. The special touches the owner (Lauren) gave to this condo are PERFECT! We found ourselves looking around and noticing something different to amuse over every day. The location was great... not too busy and perfect for relaxing. We visited the Shrimp Festival (which Lauren requested) and had a fabulous time. The water temperature in the pool was warm so the girls loved to go to the pool after a day lounging at the beach. We were able to watch dolphins from the balcony every single day. And the best is that we were allowed to bring our two little precious pups along to enjoy the fun. I could go on and on but I'll just say that this will be the BEST money you have ever spent! Loved it Lauren! Thank you!!!!

Blown away

First of all, I booked this condo very last minute, (the time where usually all condos are completely booked.) Luckily the property owner had a last minute cancellation and got to me right away with the good news that we were able to stay there. I was very impressed with how very quickly she got back to me, and how detailed and thorough she was with her instructions, directions. Ect...and how refreshingly delightful she was all together. The condo itself was extremely clean and SO nice. It had virtually everything we needed for our short stay. Everyone was very friendly, (even the security people at the front!) We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again...and highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking ;)

What a wonderful place!

The condo was a wonderful and relaxing place for our getaway. It was scrupulously clean, had excellent beach and sound side views, and was very well-appointed. We love to cook when we are at the beach the kitchen at all the utensils and appliances we needed for our stay. The beach itself is very relaxing and uncrowded as well. We couldn't have asked for a better location or experience, and cannot wait to return :)

All rooms with a view

Condo and Property were both very nice with gorgeous views of both the ocean and the bay. Only 10 units rent out in the complex so it was quiet and relaxing. The space was convenient to both Orange beach and Pensacola so there is plenty to do. The beach and the pool were never crowded and convenient to the room. I could see my 14 year old girls at both places from the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped. Loved the ice maker. I look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful property, wonderful water views from every room. Easy to work with owner.

As stated above. It was our pleasure to deal with and work with Laurn Mote our property owner. We would recommend both the Perdido key Beach and Yacht club to anyone; and Laurn Mote as a great property owner. We would love to stay again and again every January and February at this property and have Laurn as our property owner. we will return every year at this time and hope to be able to stay at her property.

Beautiful condo and stunning ocean view!

love, love, love this condo! The accommodations were simply beautiful, and the ocean view was spectacular! The owner thought of everything and exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was fully stocked and then some. The stand alone ice maker was so convenient. The location is perfectly, perfect....close enough to the activities, yet far enough away from the crowd. This was our first experience using VRBO and we were very, very pleased with our entire experience. Thank you as well for allowing us to bring our fur baby!

Great location, comfortable condo, great views

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The weather was sunny and warm, the beach was not crowded and the pool was clean and refreshing. We had five adults and my fur baby in our group and the condo was very comfortable for the adults also with a convenient dog walk on the property as well as across the street. The owner contacted me during our stay to see if we had any needs. If a beautiful and a relaxing stay is what you are looking for this condo is it.

Family Beach vacation

The condo was even nicer in person than in the pictures! We had plenty of room with the 3 bedroom/3 baths . We thoroughly enjoyed the balconies and being right on the beach. Convenient and safe location without the big partying crowd. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Loved the convenience of the ice machine and fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely look at booking this property again.

Family Beach Trip

Thank you Lauren for sharing your condo with us. My favorite thing in life is being with my family and your condo was an amazing place to share time with them. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and have coffee on the balcony over looking the beach. We had a wonderful time and everything we needed to feel at home. The staff we encountered were very friendly and delightful to deal with. Our little dog loved being there with us and loved going out on the balcony. We will definitely come back. Thanks again!

Wonderful Condo, Location & Vacation Spot!

This Condo was very impressive from the views all the way to the amenities! The Condo is more impressive in person than the pictures show! We had a wonderful week vacation and will hopefully stay here again in the future. The owner was very easy to work with and was willing for us to bring our dog - who had a good time herself as there are convenient places to walk her nearby. Highly recommend!

A Slice of Heaven

My husband, 3 daughters, 2 boyfriends and our new little puppy spent our spring break at this condo and LOVED every minute of it!! Lauren was so wonderful to work with, the condo was cozy and beautifully decorated, loved the proximity to beach as well as the view of the inlet and bay from the balcony, the wonderful staff in the office and all the helpful people who take such good care of the complex...I could go on and on! We even grilled out across the street one night where the kitchen had everything we needed including a stereo system to enjoy some music while we ate and watched the sunset! This was our first visit to Perdido Key. Every year we go anywhere from Gulf Shores to 30A and everything in between! We will definitely go back as this beaches were not crowded at all and the area was not filled with party spring breakers...just laid back but yet with plenty to do for everyone! Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Florabama Yacht Club the night before we left! Even got to see the Blue Angels on Wed. while we were there! Thanks for sharing your wonderful slice of heaven, Lauren! We will definitely be back again!! Awesome! Awesome!!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT !!

Too bad there were only 5 stars to give to our experiance at this condo. Starting with Condo owner, Lauren, who was so WONDERFUL to work with in booking, answering questions and making sure everything connected with our stay went smoothly. The next issue was the property itself...Perdio Key Beach and Yacht Club is top notch. Covered paking, no crowds, pleanty of uncrowed beach space, (even though our stay was the last week of July), a large beautiful pool, security gate with friendly and helpful staff, clean well groomed grounds. Perdido Key is separate from the tourist frenzy of Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Pensicola, but just a short drive, (less than 5 min. to Orange Beach, or 15 min. to Pensicola), to be back in the areas where you have Water/Amusment Parks, many chain restaurants, shopping, and on, and on, ect.... There are local restaurants right around the condo including "The Crab Shack", as well as Quick-stop shopping for forgotten items or eggs and milk. Then the unit itself....This unit is beautifully decorated and we lacked for nothing. More than adequately stocked kitchen, (we cooked breakfast everyday and many lunches and dinners), beach towels, comfy beds, pleanty of seating in dining and living areas, (we had 7 people in our group and were very comfortable with the space). The balcony space was the special treat. Being on the 11th floor and a corner unit created the most relaxing balcony area. 3 large sliding doors in the dining and living areas, provide full glass, beachfront views and easy access. Out on the balcony you have amazing views in 3 directions, wonderful ocean breezes at all times, and pleanty of comfortable furniture. We spent ALOT of time out there. Also the other two BRs share a second balcony with a beautiful Bay view. You will not be diapointed with this unit! Thanks Lauren for sharing your wonderful property with us !!

Amazing!!!!!!

What an amazing time we had during our week long stay!! We were awestruck with the accommodations. The unit was clean, spacious and inviting. We arrived in the evening and boy let tell you when we woke in the morning we were memorized by awesome ocean views. We watched the dolphins pass by on the first day which we all enjoyed. Lauren has everything and anything you could possibly need right there to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you so much for all you did Lauren !!!! It was truly one of the best vacations we've had to date!!!!!

Beyond Words

We had the honor of staying in this condo the week of spring break. Based on previous reviews and the pictures I saw, I was expecting the very best. When we arrived, though, I was blown away by how PERFECT everything was in this fabulous beach home away from home. The decor, cleanliness, and attention to detail was more than I could have ever expected. The size of the unit and expansiveness of the balcony was incredible. There are 3 sliding glass doors in the main living area that allow the perfect amount of Gulf breeze to waft through. The master bedroom's sliding glass door is perfectly situated so that one can lie in bed and take in the view and sounds of the Gulf. I was so pleased with every aspect of my stay. Lauren, the owner, was so amazing to work with. Her flexibility and cool/calm attitude was the perfect way to lead up to our vacation. We had 2 adults, 3 teens, and a three-year-old in our party, from 3 different families!! The condo provided the perfect amount of privacy needed. When everyone retreated to their rooms, it was so quiet that nobody could tell the others were there! Each bedroom had a balcony and their own FULL bathroom....AMAZING!!! The pool area is clean with plenty of chairs. I would recommend eating lunch at one of the tables situated in front of the work-out area, right above the pool deck. The view of the beach/pool/Gulf is incredible. I enjoyed our time in this little piece of "Panhandle Paradise". I can't wait to come back and stay in this unit again. I can't express enough how amazing our stay was and how outstanding the owner was to work with. She really made us feel at home. Thank you for everything!!!
