It's a perfect, Cozy, Lovely STUDIO for a romantic getaway or Family vacations. located on the second floor, private entrance, private bathroom and private kitchen. The stairs consists of 15 steps.

WE PROVIDE YOU A ELECTRICAL BACK UP, SONEN, THAT IS, THE POWER GOES OUT AND ALL 110V CURRENT WILL CONTINUE TO WORK.

1 minute to the beach walking distance.

Surf beach about 5 minutes walking distance.

Private Jacuzzi in the lovely Private Balcony, super lovely and romantic.

About 7 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest, to hiking, walking, running and of course, go to the Rivers.

On the East End of PR there are so many things to do, restaurants are open, catamaran tours, kayak tours, and the beaches are spectacular." Very nearby from Fajardo, Ceiba, Maunabo, Rio Grande, all county haves different think to explore and activities, more beautiful beaches, ferry, restaurants, bars, about 10 and 25 minutes in car.

Comfortable stay. Waiting on the refund of hefty upfront security deposit paid during the reservation two months ahead of stay. Place is closer to the national forest, beach and food joints.

This is the BEST in Luquillo! Clean, comfortable beds, lovely towels. Kitchen well equipped. The details in decorating add ambience for a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the location. Supermarket and Walgreens across the street and Walmart 10 min away in case you forgot something. Best of all the most glorious beach at the end of the street - literally a 2 minute walk. I am VERY particular and this did not disappoint!! Had a couple of questions about where to go and host was so helpful and responded within minutes. I even reserved my spot for next year! You won’t find anything better!!

Great Little Place to Stay!

This studio had everything we needed for our week-long stay (except a washer/dryer). It was comfortable and relaxing. Hiccups with the hot tub, but once they were fixed, it was fantastic!! The beach was a two-minute walk down the street. Great restaurants around. Thank you!!

Great beach getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway and it was perfect! The apartment was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Everything was safe and secure including parking in a gated lot. It was a very short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been too, and the apartment had a few beach essentials that are great for travelers. We loved Luquillo, it was a quiet beach town and close to everything we wanted to do while we were stayed!

It was Soo relaxing! Our host was such a kind soul! She gave many ideas for us to do for our stay. She was a great communicator as well as very helpful. The stay smelled amazing and was clean. I liked how when we first arrived that the space was calm, quaint, colorful, vibrant, and smelt amazing! The back area with the spa was really cool too. Our favorite place we stayed at! Host was very communicative about how to check in, it was very clean, and overall cozy. There is gated area you can park your car and the private deck was very nice. The air conditioner worked great, nice kitchen, and she gave great food recommendations. We had a great time!

Amazing place to stay!

This place was in a perfect part of town! Almost everything you could think of needing was provided in the apartment. I will absolutely be staying here again, with extremely easy access to the beach and within walking distance to several great restaurants and bars. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone I know!

Luquillo has much to offer and is a good midpoint destination for attractions in this corner of Puerto Rico. The apartment was a very pleasant place for 2. Playa Azul is just down the street - loved the morning walks on it!

Everything was 5 out 5 stars!

Very nice and gracious host, the property was everything we expected and more! It was in a great area with easy access to the beach. We really appreciated the host leaving beach supplies ready for us like beach chairs, sunscreen, and so much more! This stay made our trip way less stressful, and we enjoyed ourselves! Great location, comfortable, clean and quiet place

The host went out of their way to communicate with us prior to our arrival and during our stay. Very clear directions, really comfortable place with everything you could need to enjoy your holiday. Great location near the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Really felt like a home away from home. Clean, nicely equipped, love the patio/deck, secure easy parking - wow! Just like the listing! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Beautiful Apartment near the beach

The apartment was exactly as described! Extremely well kept, well stocked, clean and very well appointed. We were very pleased with the accommodations while staying in PR. It was easy to get to Gurabo, loiza, San Juan, Fajardo and other cities with easy access to main roads and highways. The beaches were gorgeous and either a 15 minute walk or a 3-4 minute drive in either direction. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

What a wonderful getaway! Everything was so comfortable from the candle to the plants. Access to the beach, grocery stores, local cuisine and everything in between. Found my husband a few times on the back porch “resting his eyes”. We are already discussing another trip. She was extremely helpful in assisting with directions, and local attractions.

4 night Paradise getaway

The property was perfect for our stay….really close to a beach. Everything we needed was provided. My one and only thing I would suggest is more bath towels since there wasn’t a washer and dryer we could have used more than 4 towels. Communication with the owner was great…she was extremely helpful. There is a bakery with coffee and a bar with food within the block the property is located. I would definitely stay here again.

Great communication, comfortable stay, close to beach

Close to beach, just pass a few condos and you're there! Comfortable bed and couch-beds, with fresh cotton blend linens. Don't underestimate the inflatable jacuzzi - it's powerful & warm as you'd like. We spent plenty of time on the porch, it was so private and cozy. I would definitely stay here again. It is a nice, safe area, with beautiful blue ocean and soft sand. The communication, when I needed extra instructions, was prompt.

Condo is in a perfect location with all the amenities!

We loved the location with easy access to the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, and the rainforest. The condo had everything we needed and more with comfortable furniture and bedding, well appointed kitchen and bath, and best of all a private balcony with a hot tub! Thank you for providing beach chairs, towels and a wagon for all beach gear! The check in and parking was very convenient and outdoor shower was great for cleaning off sand after the beach. There is also a morning yoga class on the beach at the end of the street which we did twice and loved it! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great find!

This place is fantastic! Even had a first aid kit in the bathroom. They do not toss the condiments (spices, coffee, soy sauce) that others leave behind which meant there were several things I did not have to buy to cook. The pans are a bit warped and could use replacing as it was hard to make an evenly browned pancake.

Is located just 1 minutes to the beach. Open concept Studio but very cozy. There are a lot of fun activities to do nearby with your family, horse back riding, ATV, Go Carts, excellent restaurants, bank, pharmacy and supermarket. ENJOY IT. ENJOY YOUR RIDE...
