Vores condo er i et lukket område med 24 timers sikkerhed og en fuld tid ledelse personale. Fællesarealer, som gæsterne kan bruge under deres ophold, omfatter et motionscenter, vaskeri, legeplads for børn og bedst af alt privat adgang til Luquillo Beach. Derudover har vi en parkeringsplads til rådighed for gæsterne under deres ophold.

Lejligheden selv er beliggende i den 19. etage. Det er et stort hjørne studio med gulv til loft døre installeret for at drage fordel af den fantastiske udsigt. Sandelig er havet din nabo!

Inde er der en stor walk in closet, køkken og en rummelig balkon. Den queen size seng passer to komfortabelt. Plus er der en queen-size luftmadras til rådighed for en fest på fire. WiFi og kabel er også inkluderet. Ud over basiskabel har vi et smartTV, så du kan se Netflix eller Amazon Prime (du har brug for din egen konto). Vi leverer det væsentlige (f.eks. Lagner, håndklæder, sæbe, tandpasta, osv.), Men du skal medbringe ekstra. Mange gæster har efterladt deres 'ekstramateriale' som solcreme, lotion, bugspray osv. Så er du velkommen til at bruge disse varer også. Vores nyeste tilføjelse er en bærbar A / C enhed! Sidste sommer anbefalede nogle gæster en A / C-enhed i sommermånederne på grund af fugtigheden. A / C-enheden vil være tilgængelig fra 1. maj til 31. august.

Sidst men ikke mindst er placering! Fra Old San Juan til Luquillo handler det om en 30-40 minutters kørsel (afhængigt af trafikken). El Yunque Rain Forest er 10 minutter væk. Fajardo (tænk Bio Bay) er 15 minutter vej. Ceiba, den nye havneby for at rejse ind og ud af Culebra og Vieques, er omkring 20-30 minutter væk.

Waking up to the view of the ocean every morning was the best part. It is a nice apartment, clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting puerto rico.

House is in urgent need of a renovation. Rusted fan, curtain rods, bathroom mirrors. Flooring and kitchens cabinets also needs upgrades. Most importantly the railings in balcony needs attention right away. I was informed on the day of checking not to lean on those railings as they were rusted and broken at one of bottom. View of the ocean was the only thing worth is. Parking is also very confusing.

We couldn’t find beach access. Found it on day 4.The room was very basic. The bed was the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on and not enough pillows. No amenities. Pool was closed due to falling cement off the high rise, not sure if there is a gym, since there were no instructions inside the room, we forgot to go find it. The balcony railings were completely rusted through on two posts. (19th floor) not loose but visually disturbing. For the price, it sufficed, but felt more like roughing it than a pampered vacation. Location on the island is great for traveling around. Thankfully the elevators were brand new. Others told us they had been walking the 19 floors previously.( This was not mentioned when I booked) (That would have been a surprise)! It was not mentioned that the pool was closed when I booked either, though it has been that way for awhile, and will remain that way for awhile until they fix the falling cement from the buildings facade. No regrets.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We definitely don't advertise our place a a luxe apartment. It's a humble studio with a great location and an amazing view. Nearly all the furniture is new plus a new kitchen. (My husband and I installed the new cabinets ourselves in February.) The new elevators were installed more than 6 months ago so I don't know who is walking up. The pool was removed from the amenities list last year when it was closed for repair. (It's actually slated to re-open in the next 4-5 weeks.) Agreed on the building conditions and the oxidation of the railing. Unfortunately these things are out of my hands. Owners cannot order new railings until the board signs a new contract with a railing company. It's as you said, solid and safe, but not as pretty as we'd like it to be. All the best.

Luquillo vacation

Good location, near everything and away from the tourist places, 1 hour drive from San Juan, 5 minutes drive to el yunque. excellent view, fast response from host, highly recommended

We love it the view was so beautiful but up stairs and the elevator was not working good we have to get out go up the stairs

Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry again about the elevator. We're in the process of replacing all of the elevators so sometimes construction work interrupts the main functioning elevator. I'm glad they were able to make stops on the even floors, so hopefully it wasn't too much walking. Thank you again for staying with us!

I absolutely loved our host. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, and super responsive. The area was a little dicey; did not walk without my husband. The property was, as somebody explained, in a war of new president vs old president. The pool was not able to be used, and it smelled of cat urine.

Host told us to cancel days before check-in. I reserved months in advance, got messages from the host thanking us for booking and requesting the payment. About a week before I sent some questions regarding the check-in process. My message went unanswered, so I wrote another message.This message was answered, telling us that the apartment was not available and we needed to cancel. I said that I was not comfortable cancelling, as it stated that I was past the date to reimbursement and that I didn't understand why she was only telling us this days before our arrival. I suggested she contact VRBO to sort out her error. She promised that we would be reimbursed, however this would still leave us without accommodation and with little available just three days before our trip. And I wasn't comfortable taking her word for it. I contacted VRBO, and thankfully they took great care of us and helped us find a replacement accommodation. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication of this host.

Yes, it’s true we canceled your reservation last minute, and for that I apologized several times. This review isn’t capturing the full truth. For example, you didn’t mention that you weren’t comfortable with the cancelation. I explained the error we were experiencing with VRBO and asked that you initiate the cancelation so they could help you find an apartment quickly. You were upset and understandably so but I never withheld any money and issued a very quick refund. This cancelation was out of necessity, it wasn’t a flippant decision. Again, I’m very sorry for this experience.

The beach is amazing!

We loved the views of the beach and rainforest. The neighborhood is a little different than we’re use to. You can tell they’re still recovering from the hurricane. There is surfing a block away. I would come back.

A piece of heaven!🥰😍

This is hands down the best experienced I've ever had at a vacation, book early because this spot is amazing and may not be available with a short notice. Pamela was very helpful and eager to help with anything I needed, and so was Alba, they make a great team. And this view and privacy for a couple is truly Paradise. The pictures don't do it justice. It is 10 times more than what you would expect!

Property has a beautiful view! Host got back to us right away with any questions we had. The only thing we really disliked was not knowing that you had to take stairs to get out of the garage. My fiancé has a medical condition and stair are really hard on her. But would definitely stay again as we got engaged on the beach outside.

Luquillo

One elevator not working, was not getting worked on, and clearly had not worked for a long time. The working one required us to walk up/down stairs one flight. Also, it is listed as a one bedroom, but it isn’t. It is a studio apartment with everything in one room. Beautiful view with ocean directly below and a lovely balcony to sit on. Pam was very good to work with.

We are super disappointed in the condo and the building. The walls haven't been painted in a long time, there's trim missing, the microwave door doesn't shut and we couldn't find a hand towel for the bathroom. The pool has no chairs, the hottub is closed, the gym is out of order, one of the elevators are not working and the other doesn't work every time. The security guard barely speaks English so it was hard to check in. The building condition is terrible and there is a cat pee smell in the garage and out front. The pictures in the listing aren't current because the kitchen cabinets are taped together and there's little bugs in the kitchen. There is also a missing chair in the kitchen, so you can only seat one to eat unless you drag in the rusty patio chairs. I let the owner know and she offered to refund us if we vacate. Since out trip was only three days, I didn't want to spend one of them looking for a new place to stay and packing up our stuff and leaving. I asked if we could just stay and receive a partial refund and she agreed. After we checked out she processed a refund and it didn't even total one night stay. It was completely unacceptable. The owner should be disclosing if there are issues and the condition of the unit.

Gorgeous Views & Great Host

This apartment had everything we needed for a great stay! Sadly the elevator was broken and 19 floors were just too much for us so we couldn’t stay beyond 1 night, but our host was very understanding and communicated wonderfully.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and very nice. The view is amazing. The location is nice it is close to the highway and very close to luquillo beach with crystal clear water. The parking is on the lower deck and you have to go up a lot of stairs but besides that it was perfect we will definitely be staying there again!

Ocean breezes

The amenities make this place. The apt is sufficient, if your looking for a fancy place this isn’t it. The beach and pool, and balcony are great. We did have to climb the the 19 flights once, when the elevator didn’t work. But overall this is a good place. The outside noise can be loud. You could close the windows.

Amazing Views!

Everything was wonderful! The views were so amazing, we didn't want to leave the balcony. The private back entrance to the beach was definitely a plus! The place was clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was there. Even beach accessories! It was private and quiet. We also loved the fact that there was so much to do within close distance. The host Pam was great to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place if looking for a reasonable place to stay in Luquillo with amazing views! Thanks Pam for making our stay a wonderful one! 😊

February stay 2022

My boyfriend and I took a getaway and stayed in Pamela's condo. The condo felt safe since it is gated and has a guard on duty at all times. The elevator won't even move without a key inserted.The overall property could use some TLC (both buildings were built in the 1970s), but they are in the process of painting the buildings and we say some maintenance being done while there. The view is what you are paying for. A corner balcony and it's right on the beach. You can lay in bed and listen to the ocean. This part of the beach didn't have many people in the water. We were told by people we met it is dangerous due to rip tides and we always saw red flags out everyday we were there. The condo itself is very simple with just a bed, tv, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom. The bed was VERY firm and towards the end of the week we were both waking up in pain, could of just been us though. It met our needs since we spent a lot of the time exploring different parts of the island. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Pamela was a great host to work with!

We absolutely love the vibe of Luquillo. It’s a surfer town so it has a laid back feel but recently it’s become more popular so now we have a greater variety of food and bar options. It’s a nice balance.

We’re really try to keep the guest’s experience top of mind. We’re not the fanciest place, but you’ll have a stocked kitchen, all the toilette essentials to save room in your luggage, plus beach toys to make the beach day more fun.
