Rustic Ski Cabin Feel: Step inside and be embraced by the cozy ambiance of a rustic ski cabin. From exposed wooden beams to upcycled ski and snowboard decor, the charming mountain aesthetic is carried throughout the entire house.
Convenient Amenities: Enjoy the convenience of free parking right in front of the townhouse, allowing easy access to your home away from home. Plus, take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service that can transport you to the Rec Center for access to hot tubs and pools, as well as to The Village, where you'll find a variety of lifts, shops, and restaurants.
Comfortable Living Spaces: Spread across three floors, our townhouse features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for your group. Relax in the cozy living room with a 65-inch smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace with a gas starter, perfect for those chilly winter evenings.
Well-Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the essentials and coffee and wine tools for your convenience. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six, or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the adjacent balcony.

After falling head over heels for this remarkable destination a few years ago, I knew I had found my forever home. In 2021, I finally took the plunge and made the decision to purchase a property here. Prior to settling in Truckee, I had lived in various exciting locations, including the Bay Area, Philadelphia, New York, Russia, and my native Brazil. However, it is in Truckee that I have discovered true contentment, surrounded by the incredible opportunities and experiences that this place offers, both in the winter and summer seasons.
My love for skiing, hiking, motorcycling, and travel has been deeply woven into the fabric of my life. I am thrilled to share these passions with you and hope that you thoroughly enjoy your stay at my place. In addition to being a proud homeowner, I am also a kids ski instructor at Palisades, which allows me to contribute to the joy and excitement of those exploring the slopes.
