In the village of Locmaria, in a quiet cul-de-sac with flowers, 350m from the beach, our set of 2 houses has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Capacity 10 people. New bedding and equipment (2023). Neat decoration.

On the first floor: the entrance, a large living room with stove and play area,
a shower room and separate toilet. Very large fully equipped kitchen
, crossing onto the east-facing courtyard and the enclosed garden to the south.

Upstairs, on the landing above the living room, two bedrooms face each other: a
bedroom with 3 single beds + washbasin (2 beds can be assembled to create a
double bed in 160x200cm) and a dormitory with 3 single beds (90x190cm).
Above the kitchen a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm),
a bathroom and separate toilet.
In another stone and wood house, at the end of the garden, a large
bedroom on the 1st floor with shower room + WC can accommodate a couple
(bed 160x200cm).
A small outbuilding in the courtyard is used as a laundry room with washing machine
and dryer, a large sink. Outside a garden hose to desalinate
/ sand removal and clotheslines.

No private parking for the house. The cul-de-sac is pedestrianised. Parking is possible in the street or in the parking lots in front of the beach of Locmaria. Groix can be visited on foot or by bike ;-)
