Welcome to our haven of peace!

We have created this spacious and bright house, especially for holidays with family or friends!

On the first floor, you will find an entrance, with cupboard and toilet, then a large living room, with living room, dining room and open kitchen, opening onto a terrace of 32m².

The living room has a large corner sofa, cushions and plaids to relax, a television (channels via Box package) and a Trivial Pursuit for game nights!

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle), you will have all the necessary crockery and utensils, as well as a grocery store.

You will also have a barbecue for convivial outdoor meals.

The indoor and outdoor tables can easily accommodate 10 people.
You can enjoy lunch in the shade of the awning and a sunset aperitif on our large south-facing terrace.

In the garage, you can store your bikes (THE ideal means of transport for your holidays in Groix).

We have also provided you with a washing machine, beach games, a parasol, wooden games, a shopping trolley and bags for your weekly shopping, as well as a drying rack and a clothesline to dry your laundry in the sun or sheltered on more overcast days.

Upstairs, you will find 2 double bedrooms, a dormitory, a relaxation area and a bathroom.

The "Mafate" green room has a double bed, a dresser, a clothes rack, electric shutters and a curtain.

The "Iroise" blue room has a double bed, a small clothing cabinet, a wardrobe, and velux thermal blackouts.PGJyPgPGJyPg
The "St Exupéry" dormitory is specially designed for children with 5 single beds and a sofa that can be converted into a bed. There are shelves for storing clothes, small games, books, stuffed animals and board games. The dormitory is also equipped with velux thermal blackouts.

Each bed has mattress protectors, pillow protectors, pillows and duvets. Bed linen is provided and beds are made before your arrival.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a towel heater and a toilet. You will find basic toiletries (soap, shampoo) and a hairdryer.

Linen is provided: one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth per person. We also install bath mats for extra comfort.

You can enjoy a good book, a nap or a story to tell in the secure catamaran net located on the floor above the saloon. It is designed to support 150 Kg per m²!

If you come with baby, you will have at your disposal a baby cot with bars, a changing mat, a baby bath, a high chair, a potty and specially adapted crockery.

The house is ideally located rue de Port Mélite, in Kermoël between the Bourg de Groix and the beach of the Grands Sables:
- 2 minutes by bike from the Port-Tudy pier, 10 minutes on foot,
- 2 minutes by bike from the Intermarché, 10 minutes on foot,
- 3 minutes by bike from the beach of Grands Sables, 12 minutes on foot,
- 4 minutes by bike from the village of Groix, 14 minutes on foot.
