"The Loft" is a one of a kind charming and unique space in this authentic Victorian. Attention to detail throughout to make your stay special. We put extra attention into our beds making them SUPER comfortable & offer high quality bedding & memory foam for a great nights sleep!! High speed internet and 2 TV’s! The work desk converts to a makeup vanity. Spacious floor plan great layout for privacy. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen with custom made table to stay in and enjoy meals. Little touches everywhere to make you feel at home! It feels a bit like your own private tree house on the 3rd floor. We provide FREE PARKING. Close and convenient to all the Lancaster attractions. Less then 4 miles to downtown Lancaster and 6 miles to Spooky Nook! If you’re looking for something different, this is it!

Wonderful stay in Lancaster

My sister and I stayed three nights at this beautiful property. It was very cozy and homey and perfect for our needs.

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to Franklin & Marshall as well as downtown Lancaster. Apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. Owner was super easy to communicate with and very kind. One note is that the apartment is up two sets of stairs, one set pretty steep, so it's not a place for folks with mobility challenges. But, overall, it's an excellent place to stay. Would definitely return!

Great place to stay!

Great place for a family of four. Cute property, very clean and good central location. The host gave great directions and ensured we had everything we needed.

Great place for quick get away

We had a great time in this super cute loft apartment. Owners have it decorated so perfectly. Wendy, the owner, was amazing to work with. She answered all my questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful stay at The Loft. It was clean and modern. The location to everything was great. The little diner accross the street made for a great breakfast spot. Check in and check out was simple.

Our stay was accommodating but the location was a little further out from the sites we came to visit…. none the less, we enjoyed our stay,. The apartment was cute and clean. Enjoyed the diner across the street as well.

Fun, clean loft

I stayed in this great place for a long weekend to enjoy the Sheep & Wool festival in MD. I selected this place because my family lives nearby. It’s a beautiful, welcoming place. Plenty of room for my friend and me.

Fun Girls Weekend in Lancaster

My mum, aunt, and myself rent this ADORABLE loft for a fun girls weekend in Lancaster. The attic of this beautiful, vintage home has been transformed into a cozy, inviting loft, complete with two bedrooms and kitchen. We were so impressed with this space and it was perfect for our weekend stay!

Cozy, relaxing weekend

My granddaughter and I enjoyed a cozy and relaxing weekend at "The Loft." The property was beautifully equipped and appointed--exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The beds and bedding were especially nice and the furniture in the living room--sofa, chairs, pillows, throws-- were all warm and cozy on a cold, winter weekend as we watched TV in the evening. "The Loft" was a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing and shopping. We would certainly stay here again.

Worked for us

Cute, little loft worked great for our family for a two night stay. Kitchen was great to cook our own food. Bathroom shower is a small space:) but all in all it served us well! Great location near the highway and Wendy was super to communicating with!

The Loft

My daughter and I spent a long weekend in Lancaster for a mother/daughter getaway. The Loft was a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We actually were able to meet our host and she was a very lovely person. She cares for all the little details of her property. I highly recommend.

Very nice Loft apartment

This was a very nice apartment on the 3rd floor. It very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Wendy the host was great, very good communications. She answered all my questions fast. This apartment is centrally located to all attractions around Lancaster I would book it again if I am in that area..

Hidden Gem

The Loft is amazing! There was plenty of room for us all to move around. We loved that we could walk down to the Mexican restaurant for dinner. If we plan a trip to Lancaster again we will definitely book the Loft!! Our Host was amazing and helpful! My only suggestion would be more towels, but this is also on me cause I should have asked about linens before I stayed! Definitely a 10/10 place to stay!!!

Perfect Family Trip

Wendy sent us all the check-in info ahead of time making check-in and check-out a breeze. The loft apartment was conveniently located for our Lancaster/Hershey weekend and our trips to Hershey Park, Green Dragon, the Turkey Hill Experience, and Iron Hill Brewery. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family of 5. Parking was easily accessible in the rear of the building. We would highly recommend this host and apartment for any trips to this area! Thanks for having us!

Full of charm

This property was adorable. A charming old house, but nicely updated, and very clean! The beds were comfy and I loved the chalkboard wall. My friend and I were in town for a convention, and the Loft was a nice place to relax between functions. The only thing that missed this being a perfect rating was one star deducted for location due to the extremely loud train that came by at 1:00am. Even with that, I would definetly stay here again.

Quiet, Convenient Retreat

This was a covenient location for us to attend an event at Millersville University and also see some local attractions. Check in was super easy. Property was easy to find and was as advertised. Much larger than we expected. Only potential downside for some individuals is the steep stairs, but that wasn't an issue for anyone in our group. Super impressed that someone was able to carry up a full size fridge and stove at some point. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location

The location was perfectly situated between all the family members we needed to visit for Christmas. The off street parking is a must! Yes there is a steep staircase to get to the apartment, so I just let hubby carry the bags. lol. Apartment had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. We didn’t use the extra bedroom, but those beds looked comfy too. Would definitely recommend! Wendy was great and very communicative.

Lancaster Loft

We stayed at the Loft for 3 nights and found the accommodations exactly as described and shown. Thoughtful touches and beautiful decor are throughout this 3rd story apartment in a lovely Victorian home. The beds & bedding are very comfortable and although we needed to run the air conditioners during the entirety of our stay, they kept it cool in the late July heat. Our host Wendy was very responsive regarding check-in and was available for questions. Highly recommend the Loft as long as no one in your party has difficulty with stairs.

Posh Little Spot!

My daughter (17 years) and I stayed in The Loft during a basketball tournament in Lancaster. The apartment was very cute and historic and had everything we needed for our stay. The WiFi was great. Outlets were scarce for plugging in a computer or phone. The steps to the loft are very steep and at times hard to negotiate with bags. It was fun for my daughter to experience what living in a historic apartment would be like. We had a great time and I would recommend the Loft. Thank you!

Excellent accommodations and location

Wonderful place to stay. We arrived late and in the dark. Some confusion with parking called Wendy and she immediately picked up and stayed in the phone until we parked and got into the property. The steps into the loft are steep so don’t weigh yourself down with bags and such to go up those stairs. Myself girlfriends are all 5-8 to 510. We didn’t feel cramped at all in the loft. Beds are comfortable it was down in the 30s first night but the loft stayed comfortable with the heating units. Only thing I recommend is bring your own towels if you like big fluffy thick towels.

Great location and character

Everything was super at the Loft. It was a great location to visit downtown Lancaster and the surrounding area. The apartment had everything we needed. It’s decorated very tastefully and was very clean and comfortable. The two bedrooms are separated by a living area and then the kitchen and bathroom are down a hall. The kitchen had comfy chairs and table as well as breakfast bar seating. The living area is a little small with an awkward layout due to the stairway being situated in the middle of it but the hosts have done the best they can with it and it is very cute. The kitchen is very comfy and we spent most of our time in there when we weren’t out exploring. Wendy is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely consider returning to the Loft the next time we are staying in the area! It is a great place to stay and safe and so close to the city.

Make sure you know what your getting

The “ loft “ is at the top of a 3 story Victorian house. Steps Iup are very steep and narrow. Be very careful if you are going in hot weather months. The air conditioning is controlled by the host remotely. She wants to know when you will be in unit so she can turn on the air. If you arrive earlier than expected you will find the no air. You have to contact her to turn it on and hope she gets the message timely. Air goes off during the night. Additionally if you want to get news or watch the TV program, the “ smart” TVs don’t work and there No instructions on how to operate and host doesn’t know to operate either. No list of restaurants in the area or information about area.
