Needle Rush Point, riverside offers you a waterfront pool with unobstructed views of the river, tennis courts, plentiful boat slips that are first come first serve (pre-registration and fee applies) and a boardwalk out onto the river with an observation deck where you can sit, relax and take in the view. Needle Rush Point Condominiums is a rustic Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Beachside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Bayside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. NO Grills, electrical, gas, or charcoal, allowed at the condo. (this is grounds for eviction).
3. This resort is Smoke-Free. No Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We have stayed at Needle Rush Point properties several times over the years. Most of the rental units that we have stayed in were very good. This unit was our least favorite.Part of the reason is that the entire property is getting a bit rundown. We noticed areas of the complex that needed painting and general cleaning (in particular the common stairwells and our balcony). Two issues also noted in our unit were an unsecure toilet seat in the hall bathroom and a very slow sink drain in the master bedroom bathroom.The complex has a great location and could be a top destination with more attention to detail.

Condo was very clean and spacious. Great view looking over the ocean. There was an issue with the dining room light, but that was addressed and fixed.

Great location and small complex

We really enjoyed that the complex was small, so there was plenty of space on the beach and it was quiet. It was a good location, not too far from the grocery or restaurants. The only negative we had was that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Made an impromptu trip mid March with my wife and another married couple.Condo overall was pretty nice however the furniture in the unit definitely needs updating. The beds in both rooms were extremely uncomfortable. I slept in the master and could feel every coil in the mattress when I laid down. My wife said the same and the other couple said the same thing about the bed in the 2nd room. Also, rather certain the bed in the guest room is smaller than what’s noted in the listing. That was my only complaint about the apartment itself. Otherwise, great location, right on the beach, great deck and loved the polywood furniture on the deck. The management company was less than ideal. I should have knocked a star off for the beds and another for the management company but did not want to hurt the owners. Booking this place was like trying to take a trip to the Whitehouse. I book places all the time, and it’s normally as simple as reserving, booking and paying. Not the case with this place, you have to sign multiple contracts, provide picture ID for yourself and potentially all your guests. They also charge a non-refundable security fee which is absolutely ridiculous. Not sure why I should have to pay for other people. When we did arrive, we called the rental company and they obviously did not want to be bothered, even though the entire place was empty (including Orange Beach and Gulf Shores). Had to reach out for checkout info. Almost got the impression they do not want you here.
