Great vacation home for families or groups. Close to all the fun things in downtown St Petersburg and the amazing St Pete Beaches. Clean, lots of room and all the amenities. Pool was perfect to cool off in the evenings. Communication was excellent and would definitely come back. The only feedback I have is to provide more bathroom towels, a towel rack in the “master” bath room and an additional kitchen towel. No biggie, just would have been nice to have for group.

Great location

Wonderful safe neighborhood -short ride to beaches. Pool was clean and refreshing. Open floor plan and great master bedroom!

Very enjoyable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Close to everything. Had pool toys already there. Host gets back to u quickly.

I was contacted the morning of our stay {holiday weekend} that there was a leak and the master bed/bath were not usable. We needed the 3 bedrooms. So we had to cancel on a family member, and shared one bathroom for 4 adults. When we checked the master bath, it wasn't just a leak that happened in the last day or so, this was a full on remodel project. Not close to being complete. I should have been notified much sooner, so I could make other arrangements.. I was not offered any discounts, just a full refund to not go. It felt very scammish. Upon arrival I had to message a couple times for the door code. The yard is very unkept. The remote to the TV in the bedroom did not work. There were no dish towels. Location was the best part. Just overall not satisfied with our experience. We are regulars to the St Pete area and VRBO, serval times a year. We will not stay here again. I have photos, but it won't let me upload.

Family vacation spot

Property meet our needs. We did have issues with pool heat but the property owner was easy to communicate with and he had someone come out and service the pool during our stay.

Great location

We had a fabulous time in St Pete’s house was in a great proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. Pool was lovely and my dogs had a great backyard to run around in. Could use a little more decor as it was some what lacking in pictures on the walls. But no biggie. Overall a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay for a family of 4, two pups & RV.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The pool and the palms trees were great and we spent a lot of time just lounging outside with the dogs who loved to chase the geckos while we swam. The yard is fully fenced and private. We were able to fit our 31’ RV in the fenced in yard which was a huge bonus. House was excellent for our needs and the location was close to everything we desired. Thank you for everything.

Great for Family Groups

The house is roomy and well set up. Its great for a family group. There's a separate living room with comfortable chairs and TV. The dining room has a big table that seats 6 easily plus theres a long counter with chairs. It opens onto a big backyard with table, chairs, and loungers, and a great pool. The house is an easy drive to grocery stores and more. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Perfect for our trip

We were in Tampa for my nephew's baptism. We wanted to stay at a place where we were in close proximity to the beach and could have a few guest over after the baptism. I traveled with my mother, and my 10 year old son. We had 8 guest come over after the baptism. It was perfect for that amount of people. The pool was perfect. The drive to the beach was less than 10 minutes and all of the stores you need for your stay were less than 4 minutes away. Ryan the host responded to all of my emails quickly.

Wonderful location.

We traveled with our family to Florida for 3 weeks, along with our friends. The house was perfect for us. The pool was great, the kids had room in the backyard to play football and catch geckos! The park across the street was an added bonus. Kitchen was big and we had plenty of room, only complaint was the lack of kitchen equipment. We did a lot of cooking and found we were missing many things or many gadgets were broken, so we picked up some of the important items we needed. We had a few issues with kitchen appliances; basic fixes and Ryan was crazy fast and responding and making sure things were fixed! Overall the house was clean. A few areas could use a deep clean, but nothing crucial. Check in was a breeze!

Good spring getaway

We brought our son and his gf down with us. House was nice although some of the lights didn’t work. The master bathroom needs a mirror over the sink as the medicine cabinet one is in an awkward spot. Would be nice if the tvs in the bedrooms connected to the cable. Pool was nice. We spent a lot of time on the back patio. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. Overall a nice property for a spring getaway.

Comfortable and Convenient

House is clean and comfortable. Convenient to beaches, shopping, dining, most everything is within 5 - 15 minutes by car. Some stores even within walking distance. Nice kitchen and full size fridge for preparing family meals. Large refreshing pool!

Good location

Home is older and we’ll appointed. Some furniture, bar stools and Patio furniture could use some updates. Fountain/pond in the back was unsightly and space could be better served for grilling area or hot tub. TV remotes were finicky and didn’t work well, but overall We enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time out of the home, and everything was a short distance to drive to.
