We vacationed in Exuma with my daughter and her fiancé and had a GREAT time! The property was outstanding as the beach was right outside our door. The host was super responsive and gave good recommendations on things to do on the island. My wife and I’ve been to many Caribbean islands- Cayman, Aruba, Bonaire. Jamaica, St Thomas, Puerto Rico to name a few. Exuma is so clean, the people are very friendly, it’s much less touristy and less crowded. We are definitely going back!!

We had an amazing time at Paradise Point! The place has everything you could possibly want - snorkel gear, kayaks, paddleboards, lounging chairs. The views from the back deck are unbelievable, very private and peaceful! Be sure to explore the island and take the water taxi to one of the local beach clubs or bars. Travis and Teresa went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay! Very responsive to questions we had about the area or recommendations for things to do on the island. Highly recommend!

This was a cute little old beach house. It has been well lived in but for the price and location and all the amenities we could want it worked great. Communication from Travis and resale was amazing. The beach was very pretty but do note its is pretty rocky in some places once in the water. The house had everything you could want. Cold bedroom, great beach equipment, coolers, yetis, ice machine etc..i would recommend the kitchen stove and oven we upgraded as we weren't sure when the oven was at temp due to missing display. Thank you guys for the wine glasses and coconuts.

The location is amazing. We had a private beach with the best snorkeling on the island. The host was very helpful with information about the island and very responsive. Great trip!

The stay was amazing, super close to everything. The property is literally a piece of heaven. Travis and Resa were easy and great to work with. The place has everything you could ever need - umbrellas, yeti coolers, jbl speakers, snorkel gear, the list goes on and on! We traveled with a one year old and they went above and beyond to make us more comfortable with her! Thanks again! We will definitely be back!

Everything was great. Theresa and Travis (your host and caretaker) always promptly responding for any help and suggestion. Wonderful spot rightly on the beach always with a breeze. What a sunrise directly in front of you and the grill for dinner worked perfectly. Plenty of everything you need for cooking at home.

Amazing Stay at Paradise Point

Highly recommend this property. The house is right on the beach with everything you need. It's also centrally located and easy drive to anywhere on the island. Travis was great to work with and had great suggestions on everything from beaches, excursions, food, and rental car. Would definitely go back.

Awesome beach cottage

We had the best time at Paradise Point! You can't beat the location - right on Tar Bay with a beautiful beach right outside the door. Our host, Travis, is very responsive and helped us with anything we needed and provided some great recommendations while visiting Exuma. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Beautiful slice of paradise

Travis was a very attentive and helpful host. He helped us with cars, excursions and recommendations on restaurant’s. We loved the private beach and the house was exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place

We loved this house- beautiful view of the ocean and the beach felt secluded and private. It was close to the airport and easy to find. Travis was very helpful, setting up our car rental and connecting us with locals for amazing tours. He made everything easy!

Family vacation

This home is full of Bahamian charm! Travis the owner went out of his way to make our stay the best it could be. Resa, the caretaker was a gem! The view from the home is unbelievable and the location mid-island is perfect for exploring.

Amazing!!!

We had an amazing time in Exuma. Travis was great to communicate with. Resa took great care of the house and our groceries, Paul the chef cooked a delicious meal and all of Travis’s recommendations were great! We can’t wait to come back!

Outstanding! We can’t say enough about our recent trip and how enormously lucky we are to have found Paradise Point house. Travis has been a stellar host going above and beyond. When our flight to Exuma was cancelled he even jumped onto the computer trying to find solutions for us! (The airline did finally get us there) He and Theresa (Resa) were always ready with answers to our questions or recommendations. The kayaks were awesome, the snorkel gear perfect! But the house!! If you are lucky enough to find it available, book it! It truly is your own private slice of Paradise.

INCREDIBLE!

The owner and caretaker are incredible. The house is comfortable. The privacy is perfect. The view is incredible. It's perfectly located for access to both Tropic of Cancer and Coco Plum beaches. We had several good meals at local restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect, beautiful location

The view from this house is outstanding, and the location on the island could not be better. There is an incredible reef in the water just out from the house, too, so the snorkeling is amazing. So many great items are included like kayaks and snorkel gear - you have everything you need. The owner is the most helpful and involved owner I’ve ever experienced, and that goes a long way, too. The whole trip just blew us away.

Fabulous Week at Paradise Point

Paradise Point was the perfect location on the island. So convenient to everything. We loved the house - clean, comfortable and cute as it can be! And the VIEW - Absolutely amazing view from every room in the house! Travis and Resa went above and beyond in making sure our stay was exceptional with their communications, restaurant suggestions and things to see and do. Best rental ever! We left feeling like family!

Paradise Point

We were 100% satisfied with everything at Paradise point. Travis and Resa were great to work with. We have had some good VRBO hosts in the past but they are in a league of their own. The property was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need for your vacation and the views and beach right out front are 2nd to none. We would highly recommend Paradise point! Great communication

Travis provided a lot of details and useful info about the island before and during our stay and helped arrange the rest of our program on the Exumas incl. a car rental, taxi ride, sightseeing trips etc. The house was beautiful and well equiped and the location right on the beach is great!

Secluded Beach & Gorgeous Views

We had a terrific time at this property and would come back anytime. It’s no frills inside but very well stocked, amazing views from every room. The location is very private, we only saw 7 people walk by the whole week on the beach at the house. The host was extremely communicative and made sure we had a great time. We’ll be back! Thanks!

Idyllic get-away-from-it-all beach cottage

This property is all about location--smack on a beautiful stretch of little-traveled beach, with killer views out the window. The rooms are actually larger than the pictures suggest, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the cabinets were stocked with plenty of towels. To be clear, this isn't the Four Seasons--everything is a bit rustic and worn--but hey, that's why you came to the Exumas rather than Nassau! We enjoyed our week, and this property, immensely.
