Lived up to the reviews. We have stayed in Los Gatos many times and this was our favorite place. Communication with Lynn was smooth. instructions were clear. Entry to the property was easy. The place was gorgeous and clean. There is a very comfortable sofa for relaxing. There is a large dining room table inside and a beautiful large dining table outside on the patio. The patio was awesome. Lots of places to lounge. We especially loved the fire pit table. The beds were comfortable. The toiletries provided were sulfate free, which for me was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked. The oceanfront location toward the north west end of the property was perfect. A little bit of a walk to the Surf spot, which means more privacy. Would definitely stay again

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m thrilled to hear everything went smoothly—from communication and check-in to the clear instructions—and that you loved the home. So glad the comfy sofa, large dining tables (inside and out), and the patio with the fire pit were favorites. We’re happy you enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the sulfate-free toiletries, too. The oceanfront spot on the northwest end is one of our favorite things about the house—close enough to the surf but with a little extra privacy. We’d be honored to host you again on your next trip. Thanks for being such thoughtful guests!

Wonderful Thanksgiving holiday in Las Gaviotas

We had a fantastic stay. We were two adults and two teenage boys. The property was very clean and well-stocked. We had all the kitchen appliances and household items including beach towels and blankets we needed. The house is right on the water with a fantastic view of the surfers, the sunset, and the whole area. The outdoor furniture is simple and lovely. The community is very safe with a security gate, a pool, hot tub, beach area with fire pit and volleyball, and tennis courts/pickle ball/basketball court that can be easily reserved. The beds were comfortable, and there is a washer/dryer. The TV had local TV which included all the football games we wanted to watch and Netflix and other subscriptions to watch movies. There are several great restaurants walking distance and a short drive away. It really was a wonderful relaxing weekend. We will be back. Thank you!

Great place

Property as described. Great location. It’s a bit far from the sandy beach but we liked that there was less foot traffic. Bummer kids can’t go in the hot tub and the pool is freezing, But not the homeowners fault. The instructions say to wash all sand off but there’s no hose on the patio. Minor things that didn’t impact our trip too much. GREAT PLACE TO STAY.
