Incredible location with a phenomenal outdoor area facing the water and a ridiculous sunset view. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, everything worked as described. All in all, would definitely stay here again!

My family always enjoys staying in Las Gaviotas but our stay at Casa Barbi was hands down the best! A beautiful oceanfront home that had everything our family needed, and was easily accessible too. Checking in and out was super easy, and Lynn was great about communicating. We would definitely stay here again .

Lynn was extremely helpful with understanding the rules of the community and very responsive along the way! Check-in was clear and easy, and the place was BEAUTIFUL, cozy, quiet, clean, and very peaceful. Las Gaviotas is a special place, I'll definitely be staying here again! This house is wonderful, games for the kids, the beds are so cozy and you can hear the waves as you fall asleep. Don’t hesitate, it’s beautiful!

We had the absolute best time at Casa Barbi! Everything was perfect. Clean, comfy beds, welcoming comfortable furniture, all the necessary items in the kitchen and the patio and view of the ocean is spectacular. We also had unbelievably beautiful weather the whole weekend.

I'd forgotten that listening to the surf is so theraputic. the location is beautiful, walking down to the beach was fun. I would love to go again and spend more time. the house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Go and enjoy.

Relaxing weekend at Las Gaviotas

The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Check-in was a breeze. Excellent communication with the host. The beds were super comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you would want to take to the pool or beach. I would absolutely stay at Casa Barbi again.

Lovely Stay

We never left the house except to go to the beach! 2 friends and myself came here for a quick staycation to work in a nice place, and we loved this house so much. Our host was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Making Beautiful Family Memories

Perfect location and great views! The house is very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need (Minus the food) The home was spotless and has very comfortable beds, you will not be disappointed. Our family had a great time and cannot wait to return to this property. Amazing host.

Such a perfect, comfortable home on the water!

Gorgeous home. Perfect location. The gate was such a plus for young kids. They played all day on the patio worry free. Home had everything you need and super cozy bedding. A perfect gaviotas vacation! The owners were always available and responsive and easy to work with! Will be staying again!

Great spot

Everything was perfect until the plumbing wasn’t working! It happens sometimes, and it was fixed the same day! I was told it was getting fixed and would no longer be an issue! I’m going back to find out! It’s that good

Lived up to the reviews. We have stayed in Los Gatos many times and this was our favorite place. Communication with Lynn was smooth. instructions were clear. Entry to the property was easy. The place was gorgeous and clean. There is a very comfortable sofa for relaxing. There is a large dining room table inside and a beautiful large dining table outside on the patio. The patio was awesome. Lots of places to lounge. We especially loved the fire pit table. The beds were comfortable. The toiletries provided were sulfate free, which for me was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked. The oceanfront location toward the north west end of the property was perfect. A little bit of a walk to the Surf spot, which means more privacy. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful Thanksgiving holiday in Las Gaviotas

We had a fantastic stay. We were two adults and two teenage boys. The property was very clean and well-stocked. We had all the kitchen appliances and household items including beach towels and blankets we needed. The house is right on the water with a fantastic view of the surfers, the sunset, and the whole area. The outdoor furniture is simple and lovely. The community is very safe with a security gate, a pool, hot tub, beach area with fire pit and volleyball, and tennis courts/pickle ball/basketball court that can be easily reserved. The beds were comfortable, and there is a washer/dryer. The TV had local TV which included all the football games we wanted to watch and Netflix and other subscriptions to watch movies. There are several great restaurants walking distance and a short drive away. It really was a wonderful relaxing weekend. We will be back. Thank you!

Great place

Property as described. Great location. It’s a bit far from the sandy beach but we liked that there was less foot traffic. Bummer kids can’t go in the hot tub and the pool is freezing, But not the homeowners fault. The instructions say to wash all sand off but there’s no hose on the patio. Minor things that didn’t impact our trip too much. GREAT PLACE TO STAY.
