I love a nice easy VRBO stay, and that was exactly what we had! The house was exactly as described and the owner was so easy to talk to. The house is a short easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house is very well stocked which we appreciated very much since we flew into town. They have a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, coolers, and a fully stocked kitchen. The house has plenty of towels and bedding. The owner was super easy to reach and very responsive when I had questions. Highly recommend.

We had great communication with our host prior to and during our stay. We were made to feel welcome in the home. The location was outstanding-an easy walk of a couple blocks to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return to the same home on a future trip to Marco Island.
A very nice heated pool.

Thank you so much for the kind review. We’re really glad you felt welcomed and that communication was smooth before and during your stay. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the location and the easy walk to the beach—that’s one of our favorite parts too. We’d love to host you again anytime you’re back in the area.

Beautiful home! Has everything you need to have an amazing vacation. Very close to the beach through the back of the house So many pool and beach toys! There is an excellent bookstore couple of minutes walking distance and a 7 eleven. We saw gorgeous burrowing owls in the corner of the house and the cutest bunnies. The beach is amazing! You can see dolphins in the early morning and right before sunset. Incredible communication with Andrew, the host. We will definitely come back!

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and Drew’s house is in a perfect location! We made the short walk to South beach each morning to search for shells and then spent the warmer afternoons in the heated pool. We walked back to the beach each evening to watch the spectacular sunsets. This house is one of the best equipped places we have stayed at, I would definitely stay there again. Drew was very easy to communicate with. We also very much appreciated being able to get in the house a bit early upon arrival.

First Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed at this property for our first anniversary trip. The house was spacious with three bedrooms and lots of beds and sleeping space to choose from, including a pull out couch. It was very clean upon arrival, and Drew always responded to questions or concerns within a few hours even though he was traveling himself for work. We will definitely be booking here again if we are in the area!

Location is great. Great availability of chairs, bikes etc. Beds are very comfortable. Nice to have three showers. Pool was heated nicely. Some updates are needed. Bathrooms are a bit rough. Moldy shower curtains need to be replaced and tubs are all scratched up. There was a tiny bug infestation in the kitchen coming from the silverware drawer that caused us to throw away any food we had opened. The silverware drawer almost falls on you when you open it. The garage door has problems closing and the property manager was great in communicating that he could have it fixed. But we made it work. Overall there are some things that need to be fixed or updated but the location is great and it the stay was comfortable.

Location Location Location

Parking on Marco Island can be tricky but when you rent this house you are a short 2 block walk to the public entrance (not to mention 7-Eleven for slurpees). House was exactly as described. Lots of great extras in the garage including cruiser bikes, beach chairs, a beach wagon/cart and toys. Definitely not an upscale home as finishing touches are just not there (mismatched plates, trim missing, refrigerator too big for the cabinet it's in so it sticks into the kitchen) BUT it was perfectly clean, comfortable, and the host was fabulous. You will want for nothing at this home. We would stay here again without hesitation. The permanent resident neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well. Thanks for a great stay. Marco Island NEVER disappointes.

Good location

The place is roomy and well located. The cleaning crew which cleaned the place before we came was new and left dirty disheds in the dishwasher and damp towels we had to dry. Guests are expected to wash linens before checking out. I'm still trying to figure out why we had to pay a cleaning fee. The owner did say it was a new service and he did contact them about our complaints. Be aware that Marco Island is anti-rental so we were asked to be quiet after 8 pm because the neighbors would be scrutinizing us. While we were a group of seniors in town to celebrate a wedding and no partiers by any means, we did feel like we had to walk on eggshells. The owner did respond quickly when I did contact him.

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, Anne. We try very hard to accommodate everyone on check in day and unfortunately there were some issues given the new cleaning crew. As for the reach on the noise, this was only something that was brought to my attention through one of my neighbors and hence I asked for the confirmation in a very nice way. You confirmed things were not as described to me and I didn't reach out regarding that specific matter again. Unfortunately, Marco has some strict guidelines and penalties for sound past a certain time. I was simply trying to be a good home owner and neighbor to confirm and advise the situation at your house. My apologies if you felt as if I was overstepping, but when it is brought to my attention I need to ask my guests.
