Thank you for staying at Destin West Heron 303 and for your review. We appreciate the 4‑star rating and are glad you loved the size and layout and enjoyed the corner condo. Sorry the furniture no longer matched the listing photos and that seating was limited for your group. We also apologize the full mattresses weren’t comfortable for adults. We’ve shared your comments with the owner and our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can evaluate mattress replacements, furniture updates, and ensure the listing accurately reflects current furnishings. If there’s anything else that would have made your stay a 5‑star experience, please let us know. We hope to welcome you back to Destin West Heron 303 - 2487061. Team BBG

Thank you for the 5-star review and for choosing Best Beach Getaways. Glad you enjoyed the lazy river, found the condo clean, and that the kitchen was well supplied. We’re sorry you didn’t have access to the fitness center and that chair rentals added extra cost — we’ll share your feedback with the property about complimentary beach setups. Thanks for noting our quick communication and the great bay/pool views. We apologize the bedroom and living-area curtains didn’t provide enough darkness; we’ll have the property check options to improve privacy and light control for future guests. Happy you found the stairs convenient and that overall it was a wonderful stay. We hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway. Team BBG
