We love this resort and have been there several times. This unit was beautiful! A perfect space for us to enjoy the beach, water, and pools with our family.

Nice place for what we looking for, however the rooms needed a better cleaning which was addressed to the host and the water heater had to be replaced . This cause us make different plans for the day( no ones fault these things happen). I would stay their again.

A quick note for future guests: please reach out right away if anything comes up during your stay, we have a trusted, fully insured team ready to respond quickly. In this case, we were made aware of a cleaning concern the afternoon after arrival and offered to send someone to assist, but the guest declined. Our hot water heater was also replaced promptly by our insured contractors. Since our team is trusted and fully insured, it wasn’t necessary for the guest to be present during the swap out, that was their own choice.

This is a great property. Lots of room for our family to spread out. We loved the patio area and the views of the bay. The swimming pool area was very nice...great for families. Rick was a great host. The few minor maintenance issues we had were dealt with quickly.

This property exceed our expectations!! There was 12 in our group and we all had enough space not to be on top of one another. Everything was clean and the condo felt very homey. The host provided board and card games for the children which was extremely handy for the one day it rained. We will definitely return to this property for future vacations!

This condo was PERFECT for our family vacation. The beds were comfortable and the view of the bay from the balcony was beautiful. The whole family was pleased with the condo.

The condo was a lot bigger than we expected, which was nice. Amazing views from the balcony. I watched Dolphins in the bay every morning while drinking my coffee. Awesome property! We will definitely go back.

Great place for a family vacation!!!

We loved our stay and Rick was so easy to communicate with about our arrival!!!! The condo was spacious and has very comfortable beds!! Great location!!! The pools and lazy river were a big hit and the beach was so easy to access!!! We will definitely be returning!!!

Family vacation

Beautiful property with tons of space and lots of updates. The balcony was amazing! Our kids loved the pools. Lots of close restaurants in walking distance. We plan to return!

Great place with lots of room

Had plenty of room for our friends and family. Enjoyed the patio greatly. Even the kids loved it. Complex had several heated pools which we needed a few of the days. Three of our group enjoyed fishing on the dock in the bay pretty much daily. We enjoyed walking over to the board walk to hangout, shop, and eat dinner. Overall, very enjoyable.

Perfect condo

Everything listed in the description is exactly how the condo is! Great view of the bay! Rick was super easy to talk to, best part is you dont have to deal with the front office One ac didn’t work, rick sent a man right out with a quick fix!

Holiday getaway

Overall a nice place..There were some minor cleanliness issues. Pans and silverware dirty in the cabinet, at least 3 light bilbs out, dusty vents, some mold in the jacuzzi jets and deck doors wouldnt lock. Overall nice area, but unfortunately it was quite cool and wet.

This condo has many positive attributes! The “heads and beds” situation is awesome. Each BR has a king bed with a rolling trundle underneath. The common areas are nice and big. Dining table seats 8 comfortably, couches are comfy with 4 reclining options, lanai furniture is GREAT with plenty of seating and places to eat (and enjoy the beautiful view!). Loved it and hope to return!

Excellent Stay

From the moment we booked Rick was EXTREMELY responsive to all questions we had and was very detailed in his answers. The unit itself was simply incredible. Very spacious, clean, the views from all balconies were incredible. Location cannot be beat. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of "downtown" Destin. This was our second time staying at this complex, first in this unit. We had age range from 6 years old to 76 and plenty to do for everyone. Thanks again!!

The condo itself was very nice, in a great spot. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets were very cheap. We could not keep them on the beds. And the condo was not cleaned very well at all.The kitchen has all the essentials that you would need.Do not know if we would book this particular unit again, however we will come back to the property.

Nice property - needs a little TLC

Comfortable beds! 4th bedroom a plus! Spacious kitchen island. Ice maker is a plus. Nice outdoor/indoor furniture! Not cleaned well. Since there is a 4th bedroom, there is no pantry. Slight mildew around 2nd master shower fan. No hairdryers!! We have rented from this property for 6 years and every unit always had hairdryers!

Future Guest: Should you have any issues please make sure to alert us so we may respond during your stay in an effort to address your concerns. If we do not know we need to address a cleaning concern we are not able to do so. Additionally, we do not supply hair dryers. I find with my wife and daughter they like specific styles and it would not be possible to match everyone's specific desires.

Great location - gray floor plan

It’s not easy to find 4 bedrooms with king beds. This fit my wife and me along with a set of grandparents and our 2 kids. 2 master suites are perfect. The huge balcony was fantastic to enjoy a morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked with hardwares. Maybe the only thing we missed that we tend to find at other resort type rentals was beach towels. There are plenty of places to walk to over the walking bridge, restaurants, beaches, shopping etc. Plus there is plenty more within a 10 minute drive. Destin is less that 15 minutes East. We also ventured to Seaside around 45 minutes East. We found Mooney pickleball courts to be an easy 15 minutes north and had a pretty good community of players. So yeah. No complaints really.
