Overall it was a clean stay but the bedroom doesn’t have a fan so the room stays hot no matter how much you drop the temp. A fan needs to be installed in the bedroom

Our stay here was great , the sofa bed was very comfortable and beds were too. It was very CLOSE TO EVERYTHING so we literally wasted no gas & the condo was easily accessible. I also loved that it was pet friendly. The only thing that could have made this stay better was if we would have been able to check in a little bit earlier but I do understand that they had to clean, check in was at 4 and we messaged by 3pm that we were in the area but didn’t get check in info until exactly 4pm. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and I would deff book again !

Short and nice, easy access!

Place is a cozy place in the community near the beaches and airport. We were able to get in and out easily and everything is updated and clean. There is som humidity from the beaches that can mess up stuff. It seems like they take pretty good care of it!

Destincondo

Had great appliances. Nice size bedroom loved balcony but the view was of a palm tree. Unit under us was being remodeled lots of noise and vibration. Location was super nice overall out of 10. I guess give it 7,5

The overall experience could’ve been a lot better. There were so many things that need to be fixed and made better. The sofa sleeper needs to be updated or fixed. We could barely fold it back in place and we had to figure out the best way to sleep on it for it to even feel comfortable. The washer and dryer do not work, they may “run” but we had trouble with the washer draining and spinning and the dryer didn’t help much so we left with wet clothes. The towel rack nearly fell out of the wall when we put a towel on it.There weren’t any extra blankets for the “twin beds” and sofa beds so the first night was a struggle. This place truly only sleeps at the max 4 people. Unless you have comfortable sleeping arrangements do not claim it sleeps 6. We had to find humor in whole situation to make it worth while since we were with family we don’t see very often. Please make sure everything is working correctly before you claim it as an amenity.

Fell short of expectations

Refrigerator didnt work properly the entire month. We couldn't complain because we found out 2 days after getting there that the previous renters were evicted when they complained. Balcony looks over a trashy parking lot with tow trucks in & out day & night. Microwave is too small to even fit a plate in. Toaster oven door doesn't close. Half of the closet space was being used to store a bed. Condo is ok for 3 or 4 but not 6. Only 2 of 3 pools in service. We would not stay again.

Disappointing

This property is okay for a few days but longer term, such as snowbird, is not good. We booked for 29 days. From day one the refrigerator did not work properly. The manager got us a smaller temporary one while the other was being fixed. After three weeks we were still dealing with a refrigerator that would barely hold a weeks groceries for two. The manager told us the owner would not pay for a replacement and he would get us another refrigerator. After three weeks we told the manager we were not happy and that would be reflected in our review. His response was to evict us immediately. In writing and in person. He altered the rental agreement to end the contract. He pounded on the door and told us to be out in one hour. We are a couple in our 70’s and were quite astounded. When we tried to engage the manager in conversation he would not listen and just kept yelling louder at us. He called the police. We did as well. We packed and left to get out of this traumatic situation. We should be refunded the 7 days we have paid for.

Hi James, Unfortunately, as we spoke during your stay, turning the fridge temperature down lower does not allow items to cool faster, it just freezes over the compressor, which was the issue you experienced after every time we sent a tech by. I'm glad to say that nearly a year later we do have this same fridge working flawlessly. You are correct, that we would not force the purchase of a replacement for a working fridge. You expressed that you would commit extortion and threatened us with vulgar words both physically and verbally which isn't tolerated so for the safety of our team we did choose to remove you from the property with the assistance of law enforcement after you had not left hours after check out time. We hope future guests know that it's best to be a kind and respectful person, as you're staying in someone's home & we're human too!

Very clean and great for the week. Wish we had more places to put stuff in shower. Other than that, we had a great time.

Cozy, one-bedroom condo located in the heart of Destin was perfect for my husband, 3 year-old daughter, and myself. It was very clean, quiet, and located close to all the fun activities!

Best Place in Florida

This was a really pretty condo. It was small but feels so open and nicely decorated. The balcony had the view of a palm tree and further to the left, you could see all the city lights. Close to the beach and to restaurants, grocery stores (Walmart, etc), and souvenir shops around. Place was very clean when my family walked into the condo. 10/10

Palm Tree

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, family friendly, and in the perfect area. The property was clean and comfortable. I never figured out how to turn the balcony light on. Then there was the palm tree. A little eye sore, but I think if it was pruned it wouldn't be bad. Overall a GREAT stay, and we will definitely return.
