The building is situated on the beautiful, sugar-white, powder-soft sand of the Gulf of Mexico where the Gulf, Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay and Old River come together. Beyond the view and the proximity to nearby shops and restaurants, you'll find this building to be rich in amenities: a barbecue area, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a steam room, an exercise room, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. You'll also love your private balcony! The sunrises and sunsets are just stunning from this point of view. Watch commercial and recreational boats come in and out of the pass. Gaze out at the emerald-green waters and keep your eyes peeled for dolphins as they frolic about near the shore. There are also restaurants a spa, and numerous shops at the nearby SanRoc Cay, called a destination for fun for its boutique shopping, fine dining, courtyard events and access to deep sea fishing excursions. Staying at this condo, we just know you'll love the view, your comfortable accommodations, and the proximity to restaurants and shops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Overall the place is very nice and in an excellent place for the beach. Views are great from the balcony. Beds are REALLY comfy and furniture is updated. It mostly had the things needed like cookware, utensils, dishes but no storage containers for left overs, no pot holders, and no small dish towel to wash dishes or wipe down counters. The indoor pool was very cold and just couldn’t take the plunge nor was the hot tub working indoors thus the reason for the rating. I would go back and looking forward to revisiting in the future.

Loved this condo. Would definitely recommend. Very clean. Check in was easy and questions regarding check in were answered immediately. Balcony was my favorite spot. So much room and plenty of seating.

Loved our stay

The bed was so comfortable. Everything was in a great location and the view was beautiful. We took advantage of the pool, spa, steam room and sauna. We had the best time. I always recommend vacasa to my friends and I will 100% recommend this room! I hope we can come back next year. ❤️

Orange beach

The condo is beautiful and comfortable, the balcony and view is priceless! The sheets on the bed in the king room were stained. The sheets in the queen room were too small for the bed. Both beds need more pillows. The bath towels need upgraded. They’re small and stiff. The kitchen has lots of dishes and anything you would need. But there’s too many coffee cups and plates so there is no place to store food in a cabinet.

huge balcony with a beautiful view

This was a lovely spacious condo with a stunning view of the gulf from the balcony. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I had to take a cold shower when we arrived. Apparently they had just turned on the water heater and the water hadn't quite warmed up yet. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.

Needs cleaning and updates

Right as I walked inside I could tell the place was not as clean as I would have liked. There was a lot of dust on the A/C filter grill that was noticeable when we walked in immediately because it is right there. That must not be part of their normal cleaning. The master bathroom shower was very outdated and small and had gunked mildew in the handle to turn on the shower as well as on the door and walls where the seams are. They need some Clorox cleanup. The shower area needs to be updated. My husband said the couch was not comfortable, he ought to know because that’s where he was most of the time. The beds were ok, at least were clean. The kitchen appliances need to be updated; one stove burner one day worked, the next day did not. When I reported the dust on the vent filter grill I believe they came and cleaned it the next day. This should be part of the normal cleaning of a condo especially for this one because it is right there in front of you when walking into the condo, which prompted me to examine things more closely.

Beautiful view (that we couldn’t see)

The condo is nice and has all the amenities to make a nice beach trip. However, there was scaffolding that took up the entire balcony, rendering it completely useless. The advertisement for the condo also said the outside pool may be intermittently out, but the contractors told us the scaffolding and pool would be out for a month. Our decision to book this condo was based on the beautiful private balcony with phenomenal views (that we couldn’t use) and the indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool was nice and heated though so that helped. Overall, If I were assured that there was no construction going on that impeded my stay, I would book the condo again.

Cleanliness

Found a razor blade cover in the master shower...and what appeared to be a blood stain on master bedroom "blanket" also found a Tortilla rolled up on the side of the refrigerator. Refrigerator tray where water and ice comes out was disgusting!! The view and amenities were great but cleanliness could improve. Overall I would book again! We love Grand Pointe!
