This charming coastal gem of a condo features central air-conditioning throughout, an inviting living area with a TV and comfortable furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware. An entire new HVAC system has recently been installed.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is currently closed to complete renovations. Plans are to re-open April 1st, 2026
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I do it recommend this unit

On arrival, the beds had sand in them, there was blood on the wall in the main bathroom, the dishes were pretty much all dirty and had to be washed before use. The air conditioner does not work. It was over 80 degrees in the unit the entire stay. We had to spend 200.00 on fans. We called Vacasa and the response was “you can check out now or we can give a discount”. They gave a $250.00 discount which did not even cover one night. The room is nice, the kitchen is the best part. The main bedroom closets are full of bed parts and other stuff so no room for anything. I have been coming to Ocean City for over 25 years. As a child with my parents and I continued the tradition on with my kids. This was by far the worst experience I have EVER had in ocean city.

The issues you encountered with the dirty beds and dishes, blood on the wall, non-working air conditioning, and lack of closet space are completely unacceptable and far from the standard we aim to provide. Spending extra money on fans just to make the space livable is incredibly frustrating, especially when the heat made things so uncomfortable. While we’re glad you liked the kitchen, we know that doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience, especially given your long history of visiting Ocean City. It was very nice and spacious. Looked exactly like the photos. However it was not that clean. There was dirty spots on the walls and on the ceilings. The balcony was not of the complete ocean, could only see like an inch of the ocean. There was no key fan when we got there, so we had to let security let us in each time. However security was there 24/7 in the lobby. Paid 50$ for first car and could only have a second car per there cost. Could of had more trash bags present in the place.

Dirty and old stuff

The apartment was in not very good condition, it was not very clean, the beds were in a bad condition and very poorly done, the shower didn’t have a decent shower curtain only the white, and the bathroom got all wet, also there were spider webs and the floors were dirty. In conclusion the unit was in very poor condition

Absolutely horrendous stay at this property. The room was not even clean. The pull out couch was covered with sand. The floors have not been mopped or cleaned in a while. The toilets would not even flush for the duration of our stay so we couldn’t use the bathrooms. The showers had NO water at all for the entire trip so we couldn’t even shower! The front desk worker wouldn’t do anything since it was a rental unit. Contacting the company that we booked through was horrible. Absolutely no communication or a care in the world to fix the situation. We spent hundreds of dollars on a condo in which felt like a poverty vacation. Shame on whoever is the property owner of this unit and shame on the company (Vacasa) for not giving a care in the world. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Needs Work

This unit was a disappointment. Kitchen: more recently renovated and the refrigerator/stove was clean. Bathrooms were recently updated and clean except for the terrible, ripped and mildewy plastic shower curtains. In the en suite bathroom the plastic shower curtain is too short so the entire floor is soaked every time you shower. Wood floors were filthy. Not a one time house keeping issue, it’s needs a serious deep clean. Bedroom and living room furniture and bedding are beyond old and dirty, as is the furniture on the balcony. I went to HomeGoods and spent $300 on bedding. No useable closet space at all. The only closet with space has a bed up against it so it’s unreachable. There are 2 closets that are packed with junk that just needs to go out to the dumpster. The washer dryer is too small to fit more than 2 towels at a time. The front door doesn’t close well and you have to check in at an office 2 miles down the road.

Great location!

The condo is not in as good as shape as the photos indicate. There’s damage where it’s clear a dog was there. A large portion of the wood framing on the master bedroom door is gone and a bit on the bathroom door as well. There’s two locks on the door, one electric and a sliding manual one. The manual one doesn’t work which isn’t not a huge deal except for you have to really push and adjust the door for the electric lock to work. The door itself is crooked. I’m not sure who they hire to clean but, it was not clean. The first night there was spent washing the dishes as there was old food on a lot of them, the floors were very dirty. Sand is to be expected but, the bottoms of my feet were dirty from taking luggage from the doors to the rooms. Had I known it wasn’t clean I would have just kept my shoes on. There was old coffee in the coffee pot and the electric kettle which was covered in old food and filled with water. We got everything cleaned and I contacted the property management company who insisted they’d get it taken care of- there was no follow up. I reached out on the check out day and asked that they refund the cleaning fee and they did. The facility says it’s family friendly but, the residents aren’t. There were a few other families with kids younger than my own and nearly every time all the kids would swim people were rude and angry about the jumping and loud laughing. I think this was from residents. The second floor is great. There’s the indoor pool that we used in the evenings, a gym, an arcade with a pool table and some vending machines. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were excellent. The condo itself is an open floor plan and the kitchen is great! Once everything was cleaned it was perfect. There's just about every appliance you would need and then some. This location is perfect. It’s far enough out from the boardwalk that it’s peaceful but not too far out of the way. You’re steps from the beach and the beach is amazing! Our unit had a partial ocean view which was great. If you had the balcony open you can hear the waves and it’s very relaxing. Drinking my coffe and eating breakfast outside was wonderful. As long as you’re aware of the major issues and don’t mind cleaning it yourself the condo isn’t too bad and It’s affordable.
