That's just the beginning of luxury at this incredibly spacious condo across the street from the beach. Take in all the refreshing ocean breeze you're craving out on the large balcony, or enjoy the cool central air conditioning if you're ready to cool off. The well-appointed kitchen features the full-size equipment guests need to cook up their favorite vacation dishes. Board games are provided for post-dinner entertainment, and guests can play their favorite movies with ease on the provided DVD player. The private washer/dryer will take care of your beach towels while you relax. When you're ready to settle in for the evening, just close the room-darkening shades for a tranquil night's sleep. There are brand new windows and sliding doors all along the patio.

This retreat's location is simply out of this world–it's centrally located on South Beach, only one block from Main Pier, Main Strip for shops and restaurants, fishing, the beach, and only three miles from the Tybee Island Light Station & Museum.

Great Location

The weather wasn't that great for sun on the beach but because it was a great location and had a great view. It was still awesome!!!

Birthday weekend with old friends!

Property was excellent and location was superb! Parking for a third vehicle is difficult but we were able to work it out with other residents at facility!

great view

We loved the oceanfront view and location of the property. We had trouble working the deadbolt lock the entire duration of the trip to enter and exit the condo. The main shower was a little rough.

Nice getaway

We had a vacation to visit family and found this available for a few nights. It was wonderfully clean, great location. It was also quite roomy. I stayed on the porch most of the time!!! Fun watching the activity going on. Would definitely try this again. We had to wait a bit on the cleaning but other than that it was awesome!!!!

Nice for the price

Nice location, wrap around deck is a plus. Lots of room for our family of six. Perfect location a couple of blocks from Tybrisa but not too far so you can still walk to dinner. Second-hand utensils and plates look a little worse for wear but not a deal breaker. Ice dispenser is inoperable.

Fabulous Location!

The location of the condo is amazing. We spent hours on the deck, soaking in the fall sun and watching the ocean. Even on breezy days, the orientation of the deck blocks the wind. Restaurants, shopping, and bars are within easy walking distance. The streets are well lit and we always felt very safe walking the area. The condo itself is well laid out and contains all of the items we needed to have a comfortable stay. The pictures online are accurate, and the Vacasa staff was helpful when we called with any questions.

Break by the beach

We were there for the xmas break with two small children. We loved the proximity to the beach, literally a 2 minute walk and my grandson loved building sandcastles. The cleanliness was ok but we did have issues with not enough trash bags, 2 for a 5 people and 2 babies. Both toilets frequently had to have the backs taken off for them to run and the handle on the shower in the main bathroom felt like it would come off the wall. The one time we needed to communicate with somebody it took hours to get a response, we were able to involve a neighbour who helped.

Sliding glass door extremely difficult to open.

Great location. The Front sliding glass door was opened upon arriving. It made the condo extremely hot. The sliding glass door was extremely difficult to open. We had to enter through our guests bedroom, to get to the deck. Extremely intrusive going through the bedroom. The battery on the key pad died. It took an hour before I could get back in the condo. Disappointing.

Tybee perfection

This property exceeded expectations. It was pristine, all the electronics worked, parking was simple, the view was everything, the location was perfect. I would return here again and again!!!

WORST VACATION EVER!!!

First off. I wanna say thank you to LAMARK ❤️ He did EVERYTHING he could to make my family’s vacation everything it SHOULD have been! And I wanna say a big big thank you to him! He is absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with! His customer service is absolutely outstanding and if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have had the great time that we did have in Tybee Island! 🏝 Now… with that being said..let me begin… This was the 1st family vacation we have ever been able to take. We are young parents and we have saved for almost 3 years to be able to finally take this vacation. So you can see how extremely excited we was when we got the confirmation for the property! We packed our bags and left the next day! We drove for 7 1/2 hours with our 4 kids. When we finally got there and saw the beach front we were so excited! We could not contain ourselves anymore we park the car started screaming with excitement ran up the steps put in the code that was emailed to us AND NOTHING!!!! The code was NOT working!!! 😤😣 we continue to try over and over again and still NOTHING!!! We called the number on the door. Nothing we emailed everyone we could think of and nothing! Finally after about 2 1/2 hours we was connected to LAMARK who was able to send us the correct passcode. FINALLY WE ARE IN! But now it’s 8:30pm and my husbands SUPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY that I had planned was gone and over! 😢LAMARK said that he was so sorry and that we could stay an extra night for free. We agreed to his offer and I got to work re planning my husband’s SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY that now will take place on the day that we was told we could stay for free. So at 6:00pm Aug.4th.2022 we woke up walked down to the beach and was enjoying some family time and we start getting a phone call from this woman started calling saying we needed to leave the condo immediately and if we don’t then she will call the police to have us escorted off the property. THIS WAS VERY UPSETTING! For the 2nd time now my husband’s birthday party was ruined family came for nothing. We decided to just go back to the condo and pack up and not let them spoil the time we had left. The women who called was the most raciest person I’ve ever met. The way she looked at us was disgusting and her words was like poison. The man who promised us the condo for another night was NO HELP at all! Please don’t waist your MONEY on this place. WORST PLACE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!!

Perfect Location. Views Amazing

Right on the beach! See the sunrise and set right from the balcony. Plenty of cooking space and dining space. The internet did go out on the last day we were there. However, I was credited back two nights for the internet not working. Just a few minor fixes. The light in the shower in the master bath needs to be fixed and the remotes in the first bedroom to the TV needed new batteries. That being said, I would book this home again. Possibly as soon as this August!

Great Vacation destination

The Conda was exactly what was shown in pictures. Very clean great location a minute walk to the beach. Walking distance 3 blocks to Stores Restaurants and bars. Would I rent again at this location. That is a BIG YES. VACASA had checked in with me a couple of times see how things were going and I we were having any issues. Thank You Vacasa.
