Thanks for your feedback. In February 2024, new Smart TVs were purchased for each room. Several of the furnishings were recently updated (coffee table, buffet) and reupholstered (couches) and the rest of the furniture it in good shape and functional and looks just like the photos.

We appreciate you letting us know some bulbs need replacing and we've had maintenance take care of those. Please always call us if you are missing trash bags and soap and we are happy to have housekeeping drop more off - my apologies they missed leaving the adequate starter supplies. We will pass along your feedback about lighting to our homeowner so we can hopefully add more updated TVs that have streaming capability. We didn't hear from you during your stay so we were not aware you needed anything. We do apologize the housekeeper did not leave the necessary starter pack. Again, please always call and we would have been happy to drop off the supplies since they were missed. We had maintenance replace the bulb in the lamp and cook top. Thanks for letting us know. Other than that, we hope you had a nice stay. It was lovely to host you.

Thanks for your review. After your departure, we had the microwave oven fully inspected to make sure that it was working properly. It turns out that someone in your party hit the button on the panel for "power saver" mode and apparently did not realize it. With respect to the towels, there were extra towels under the sinks in each bathroom. With both of these issues, I wish you had contacted me while you were still there so that we could have made your stay more pleasant. I have no argument about the pull out bed, but we do keep air mattresses in the unit precisely so that guests can avail themselves of a thicker, more comfortable sleeping surface when using the pull out bed in the family room. Finally, this is the first I am hearing about issues with the baseboard heater in the second bedroom despite the email communications you initiated after your departure. We will, of course, have the heater inspected to see if there are any adjustments to be made there. We note that no one else has complained about that issue (or any of these issues) previously. Although we are disappointed in your rating, we appreciate your feedback as we strive to make the condo a comfortable and fun place for families to stay when visiting the resort!
