Peregrine Point Condo Steps to Lifts - AC/Amazing Views

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath single level condo is located in Peregrine Point, which is the newest building at Durango Mountain Resort. The condo is located on the north side of the building offering amazing mountain views.

Its just a 1 minute walk to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.

The condo is decorated with high-end furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped making great meals a breeze. The main living space features a gas fireplace, TV and a deck to enjoy the great views. The Master bedroom has a gas fireplace and all three bedrooms have a TV. There is a full size washer/dryer, ample parking in front of the building and AC units are in each room during summer months.

All properties in the Peregrine Point building are not pet friendly per HOA rules - please do not bring your pets or emotional service animals.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
