Peaceful Creekside Cottage - quiet, clean and lots of amenities!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Inside a gated community, right next to a peaceful creek, this 1-bedroom/1 bath has everything you need for a long-term stay or a quick night getaway. A full kitchen, pullout couch, digital fireplace and laundry facilities make our Creekside Cottage a perfect getaway. This private guesthouse is ready for you! We take pride in making you feel like home away from home. Separate entrance with shared driveway parking so you can come and go as you please with extensive cleaning protocols.

We are proud of our updated getaway space. Perfect for those looking for some tranquility with easy access to the DFW Metroplex, wedding and sports venues. Easy access to multiple interstates.

What we don’t have is great cell coverage depending on your carrier. You may experience spotty service in our neighborhood and throughout Midlothian. There is WiFi access with Firesticks on all TVs for movie channels with limited streaming.

We live on-site with our family and dogs so you may see us in our daily routines which means we are as friendly as you want us to be! We are here for you and hope you enjoy our space as much as we do. If there is anything we can do to make your stay special or more enjoyable please tell us!

Such a cozy place to stay! Jill was a wonderful host, and the property was clean with great amenities; a lot of thoughtfulness and care put into the cottage! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was spectacular! They have their home set up for any guest to make them feel like they are at their own home. Wonderful experience and we will definitely stay here again and again.

Beautiful cottage in Midlothian!

This was our second stay at the Creekside Cottage! It's located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to the highway.The cottage is clean and has everything that you need for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. Jill is a wonderful host and provided excellent communication before and during our stay.Would highly recommend!

This is our home away from home. Jill and Brian go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. The cottage is clean, comfortable and homey. This is always our first choice when we come to visit our family.

Great Stay

The house was super nice and perfect for a few people. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you might need. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and in a great location. Jill is an amazing host, and I would recommend her to everyone!

My sister, my older parents and I went to visit with family in Waxahatchie. The house was awesome. We would come back, no questions. Jill was great. We had no issues.

Cozy Getaway

Quiet, cozy and clean place. Close to downtown Midlothian where we were able to enjoy a nice Valentine’s dinner at The Porch Pour on Founder’s Row. Host was very responsive. The cottage had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Home Away from Home

We can’t say enough to explain how wonderful we found this property! Our hosts thought of everything. We always wonder if we can live full time in a space when we travel. Wonderful Stay!!

This place is AMAZING! I stay in VRBO's 4-5 times a year and this was by far the best ever! It was just as advertised The owners were super nice and accommodating. This is a Gem and I recommend it to anyone! We will definitely stay again if in the area.

What a great little retreat! We were in town for a show in Waxahachie and booked this property for its charm and location. Every little detail was perfect and all the extra touches made us feel spoiled and pampered. We would most definitely stay again!

Vært: Jill Eastman

Jill is a Marketing Executive and Brian is a Special Education teacher. Together we are raising our busy family inside the mainhouse on property. We love our guests but give them space but are always available when needed! You may be greeted by our 2 dogs on site, Ellie and Dexi. We love to meet our guests but we respect your privacy. We are available if you need anything from toothpaste and kitchen supplies to a friendly smile.

We love this property and have had multiple friends and family stay since we moved in in 2018. We decided to share it with everyone in fall of 2021 after a renovation and we hope you are as happy as we are with it!
