This cozy cottage style home offers so many amenities! Very comfortable beds! Great AC and Heat! Nice hardwood floors throughout the home, with a beautiful, custom-made decors, including hand painted headboards! The backyard is almost magical, with a nice, covered wood deck, seating for 6,under huge shade trees! Large patio for grilling and visiting under the shade tree. New indoor/outdoor grill! There is a Flagstone Breezeway adorned by potted plants and metal art. You feel soothed and rested by the comfort of the breeze, wind chimes, and the trickling sound of the water fountain close by! There is a friendly woodpecker that will chat with you at times, welcoming you to his surroundings! To the right, you will find the complete makeover transition from a storage building to a She Shed that will sleep 4. The home has 3 bedrooms but the She Shed will give you 1 more private area if needed. A lot of time and work has gone into this space, and I hope you find it magical too!The Shed Shed does have a 75.00 added fee for your entire stay if you wish to use this space. The loft has a comfortable gel queen mattress, and the living room has a fold down Futon. This space will sleep 2 to 4. Just down the street is Jaycee Park, which is walking distance, and the Lighthouse coffee cafe is just across the street. there is no need to get into your car! They have live music on the weekends as well! Just a mile down the road is the downtown Midlothian, we have lots of nice shops, and fabulous eateries! Be sure to visit the Founders Row, with a fine Seafood restaurant and several more! For night life, the Union 28, has a restaurant and outdoor music! Heavens attic is a nice resale shop, that you're sure to find something you'll want to take home!The garage is included, so you have extra parking. All Led lighting throughout the home and motion lights for nighttime passage. Located a mile to shopping in downtown Midlothian, schools, and HWY 67. The home has many amenities, including full kitchen appliances, new pots and pans, dishes, charcoal, and electric grills! Stocked bathrooms with new towels, bath gels, shampoos, conditioner, cotton, Q-tips, facial wipes, etc. The garage space will fit 2 small cars.The driveway will hold 4 vehicles. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! There is also extra folding blue cushion beds in the bedrooms that can be used in the living room, for added sleeping area!There are 2 close wedding venues, one down the street, called Bella Woods, it beautiful and they rent their venue out for many other things too! Check it out if your not pressed for time! Another venue is Blainestone Lodge, just 8 miles south! Both are beautiful, and convenient to this home!i have included pictures of both at the bottom list of pictures!Thanks for considering The Moon Flower Inn!

Hello Guests! I just turned this property around from a long-term rental, with 20 years of horrible experiences from past tenants! After 20 years, it was time to try a different approach, and welcome a new class of guests that will enjoy a sweet home and take care of my place while staying! Also, to respect the hard work that has gone into it, and dedication too! I have several other properties in the Waco area, and they have proven to do well, so I'm giving a shot for my area, I will be close, so Maintenace and care will much easier! I am a lover of all kind people, dogs and Pickleball! Along with many other interests and hobbies, you will see some of my work on display in my homes, such as refinished tables, headboards, flower arrangements, etc. I love growing plants and succulents, and will you see those at my homes too! This home will have a Moon Flower Garden, in the back! I have a lot of the at my house and they are beautiful, so I'm creating a garden for them at this home! This home was missing so outdoor pretties, due to neglect from tenants, that would not water or take care of the previous yard and plants. I'm starting over! I took the storage building and completely reformed it into now has made the State Farm commercials popular, as called a SHE Shed! I hope you will enjoy this extra space, for chilling, sleeping, or just having the teens enjoy their own space! Or maybe trade spaces with them, let them stay in the house and the ladies in the She Shed! Lol.

This is property is so nice, the backyard is so tranquil and inviting! The back yard offers a She Shed, that is sure to please, with a loft, that will sleep 3 to 4 people! You will enjoy calm nights around the fire pit! It's close to the HWY, for easy access and 30 mins to Fort Worth or Dallas! This growing town is so nice, with lots of shopping, Fine Eateries, Nature Park, (2 miles away), Jaycee Park, just behind the home. A Water Park, at the Midlothian Community Sports Complex! You are minutes to Waxahachie, Mansfield and Cedar Hill! If you're coming for events in Arlington, that is 25 minutes or so away! We have a Farmer's market in Downtown on Saturday mornings, and a great Coffee Cafe just across the street for anytime of the day, visits! The home has all new TV's in all bedrooms, with Antenna TV and Netflix, Prime, and other channels from the internet line up!
